Earlier today, there was a charity show for the survivors of the Sichuan earthquake. And there are a few more disasters happening elsewhere, namely Philippines and Indonesia. The artistes and singers dedicated various songs for 3 hours... unfortunately, I didn't get to watch most of the show cos I reached home from Ngee Ann City quite late.
I would like to dedicate this song to the grieving families of the tragedies as well as to eveyone else who is doing his/her part to help them in these dark times. Let us do our part to make this world a better place not just for the victims of these disasters, but also for ourselves.

Bi8 iDEA event at Ngee Ann City... 8 days segment, the details
Happy Birthday to Wan Hua and Clarissa
Wowwee, today was truly a very crazy day!! Even the unbearable weather couldn't dampen our spirits... let's see where to start off... :-)
Firstly, I went to Orchard MRT station to meet up with Ryan and Ishardi. We had lunch at Mc's and then headed upstairs to attend the Bi8 iDEA event at the Civic Plaza region. And yep, no sign of that Fat Bastard Alvin at all... I believe he got grounded by his folks after what happened yesterday? HUO GAI!!!
1245 hrs- cast of R.E.M. Next generation on stage. Imagine the shock on our faces when one of the gals, Ming Bridges (who sang "Kiss Me") revealed that she is 15 years of age (SO YOUNG?!?!).
1320 hrs- some contestants from "The Showdown" were on stage... the Miss Singapore Universe babes (Jessica, Jade, Joey and Rebecca) versus Hey Gorgeous finalists Lloyd and Tricia. Damn, Jess really looked the hottest among the 4 babes!!
1355 hrs- cast of The Yang Sisters and Parental Guidance gather for a game. The queue for Scan-n-Win seemed never-ending... haiz.
1420 hrs- cast of Sayang Sayang consist of only two people... Enlai and Michelle Chong!! I didn't take any pics for this, cos the three of us were taking shelter inside the place. I did take picture with Enlai after that though... I saw Syazali at the place, as well as a few familiar faces (including that sickening MKP).
1440 to 1530 hrs- random games, yawn. I did see Rachel and Lijuan there (blushes).
1530 to 1600 hrs- Elvin on stage, playing host to Twister and Stack-Up (collect as many magazines as possible within 90 seconds and stack them up)
1600 to 1650 hrs- more games without any celeb's involvement (yawn). I caught sight of some Fel and Fiona fans. Plus, the 3 Princesses and Nat arrived at the place, woo hoo!!
1650 to 1700 hrs- Ping Hui on stage. He soon got down to play some Scan-n-Win thingy.
1700 to 1710 hrs- Julian aka Zhang Nan (from Bian Zhou Qu that is) on stage. He also got down to play Scan-n-Win, then disappeared. It was at this time that the queue for the magazine autograph session started forming.
1715 to 1750 hrs- Felicia, Joanne and Fiona get on stage!! Autograph time... very good response I must say. Felicia got the most attention for obvious reasons (her irresistible charm of course). Yet SOME PEOPLE dare to cut queue out of nowhere (grrrr). Anyway, I succeeded in giving to Fel the toy I bought for her long time back... in oreder not to be so 'pian xin', I gave Fiona and Joanne each a soft toy as well (smaller ones from McDonald's). The aftermath (where the 3 Princesses got onto the bus) was met with equally overwhelming response. I also went on to take picture with 2 very cute Mio Mobile babes after I got the 8 days magazines autographed. :-)
1755 to 1820 hrs- Nat Ho endorsing Crocodile menswear... signed on Crocodile posters (containing his pictures of course!). After he was done signing, he was quickly escorted out of the place cos he needed to attend the Sichuan charity show.
1820 to 1830 hrs- some socializing among us NATurals... we then went out separate ways. I went to have dinner at the top of Shaw House, and headed home soon after...
I chose not to go to RG to wait for the celebs after the Sichuan charity show due to a few reasons...
- I had already them long enough at NAC
- I had already acomplished my primary goals (see above) at the autograph session
- I was dead tired!! I am in serious need of a good rest.
- also partly in respect to the survivors of the Sichuan earthquake.
- And also because of... a certain bunch of fans I can never get along with.
P.S. Mr Kiam Pa, you may not know that I 'booked' you and your 'partners' against John Cena, Triple H and Batista in an Elimination Chamber match in my PSP game, around the time you arrived at NAC... i did that on purpose to SPITE you!! And your hairstyle still sucks. So what if everyone can hear your bloody whistle? Quit showing off already. FC and JP personally hate arrogant, snobbish people like you. ACCEPT IT.
Lei Jun, you and your brother (who still wore sleeveless vests even at outdoor events) still smell worse than pigs. Or should I say, rotting corpses? Muahaha...
And one more thing, Lei Jun... can you tell your friend/cousin/whatever (yes, that mutant girl who keeps bugging artistes with too much concern) to go back to Dagobah and look for Master Yoda?!? Or at least go to Endor to try mixing around with the Ewoks?!?!

Personal message to a certain loser in regards to the disturbing scenario
I shall put this in the form of a personal message to the loser responsible for the disturbing (though brief) scenario at Ngee Ann City earlier today... one that has left many of us shocked and disgusted, and left many artistes equally horrified. (names of artistes have been changed to protect their identities). And I make NO apologies in creating this entry btw.
Alvin Da Hutt, let me be the first to 'congratule' you on earning the rights to being known as Mediacorp fan's Number 1 enemy. You certainly did 'a great job' pulling off such an unbelievable stunt with one of the actresses.
What were you thinking when you tried to scare Miss Z at the backstage after she was done sharing her views on her new documentary?
What was your motive for screaming like a madman during almost every roadshow you attended? I know it's ok for anyone to shout for your fave artistes at any time, but you keep doing that literally every minute!!
What were you thinking when you stroked Mr C's arm when you got on stage?
Seeing you try to play that game of charades with the cast of XHDDK was very funny indeed (given the fact that you have an extremely low IQ), but NONE of us expected you do the WORST... you actually put your arms around Miss X and tried to kiss her?!?! You fat, stupid, disgusting, bottom-feeding, pig-faced pervert!! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING WHEN YOU DID THAT?!?! Trying to 'prove to others that you are not gay', huh?!?! VERY GOOD TRY INDEED!!!!
The security and artistes had to separate you from poor Miss X and drag you off the stage, while the rest of us could only boo and squeal in disgust. I couldn't help but shake my head when the security guards gave you a big scolding like there's no tomorrow. And yes, I was the person who shouted out to you "Hey fatso, YOU SUCK!!" when the security guards had to lead you out of the place for good... cos seriously speaking, you really suck!!
I don't know much about you, or your family background, or your education status (I doubt you even completed primary school, did you?), but i do know this... you are in serious need of an attitude adjustment and heavy counselling. I'm glad not to have an idiot like you as a friend. I hope you learnt your lesson real good, and I really hope I don't ever see you at NAC tomorrow or at any roadshow in future... I think you should really be locked up in IMH!! You brought it upon yourself, this is entirely your own doing.Even if you apologize to everyone (including that actress you tried to get fresh with earlier on) in public, we still won't let you off so easily cos we know that you will never learn from your mistakes, and you will forever be classified as dead meat. If you dare lay your filthy, rotting hands on Felicia or any of the Princesses (or any artiste in general), we will make sure that you become MINCED PORK!!!

Bi8 iDEA event at Ngee Ann City... i-weekly segment (details segment)
Something disturbing happened today. And i do mean disturbing, in the worst kind of way. VERY VERY DISTURBING. I'll leave that for later.
Firstly before I went to Ngee Ann City, I decided to go to Chevron House to check if Felicia was really involved in some Vitagen event. True enough, she was inside (and there were a few fans waiting outside), but we could not go in, for obvious reasons. But sweet and kind-hearted Fel did see us as she walked to and fro, waving to us happily. I left the place at 1.30 pm, had my lunch at Subway and then took a train to NAC.
1430 hrs- First off was the "U Are The One" contestants on stage. Qiuting fans, you were the most sporting and awesome, esp with all those colorful posters!! I am very proud to be one of them. QQ, Germaine, Jiaxi and Gavriil got to play games with their fans (something like 'Scissors, Paper, Stone').
1500 hrs- Shaun Chen was guest judge for a certain Impersonator contest. One guy sang a Jacky Cheung song, a second guy sang a Phil Chang song, a third guy sang a JJ Lin song, a young girl did a Jolin Tsai dance, and a Nepalese girl related on how her colleagues told her that she looked like Maggie Q.
1600 hrs- Eelyn got on stage to talk about how she managed to keep her complexion in good condition. And with that, there was a game pitting two ladies on picking the right "before" and "after" pictures from the baskets.
1615 hrs- Belinda Lee talked about the documentary she was hosting. I was actually at the roadside that time... I was pissed that I couldnt get autograph from Shaun due to stupid security. The bus left a few minutes later.
1630 hrs- Vivian was judge for some push-up competition.
1710 hrs- Zoe Tay autograph session for i-weekly session. It was at this time that I saw MKP... boy was I 'surprised' to see him. And I was even more surprised to see Rachel and Lijuan (blushes).
1740 hrs- random stuff, can't remember what.
1800 hrs- First batch of cast members of Xin Hua Duo Duo Kai (Love Blossoms) feature Chen Shucheng, Adam Chen, Terence Cao, Ng Hui, Lin Meijiao, Koh Yah Hwee, Huang Wenyong and Ben Yeo (with short hair!!). It was at this time that the disturbing scenario happened (see the next entry).
1830 hrs- 2nd batch of XHDDK featuring Jin Yinji, Chen Tianwen, Constance Song, Ivy Lee, Zheng Geping, Rayson Tan, Patricia Mok and Zhang Yaodong. I didn't pay much focus on this, esp since I was too shocked by the disturbing scenario that had happened earlier.
1900 hrs- the crowd was getting bigger due to an upcoming i-pop concert (involving big stars like Mayday, Gary Cao, Kelly Poon, Daren Tan, Mi Lu Bing, etc) that was due to start in abt half an hour. Realizing that I could not stay on any longer to see the cast and director of 1028, I decided to leave the place IMMEDIATELY. And yes, I know you saw me, MKP.

A new PSP game... very addictive!!
First and foremost, I just wanna say... congratulations to David Cook for becoming the seventh American Idol!! And David Archuleta, I'm really proud of you for making it this far. :-)
I bought a new PSP game last week, and I just completed it yesterday (in only 5 days!!)... it's titled Marvel Ultimate Alliance!! You can choose any four heroes from a list of 14 playable characters (with 11 unlockable ones) to battle minions at different levels, pick up different items along the way, defeat certain bosses and save the world from Doctor Doom!! It's defeinitely worth the buy ;-)
This is the list of characters in the game (after I finished the game that is)... starting from left and ending on the right. Flyers are indicated by italics over the name of some characters. Some of them have the option to wear different outfits.

I am the REAL TANAT in the forums, damnit!
I wanna make one thing clear, I AM THE REAL TANAT in the new Mediacorp forums. The one without an avatar.
Inititally, I didn't want to join the forums after it was renewed, mostly because I was upset over the erasure of my superbly-high post count which I had worked so hard in attaining for the past 3.5 years. BUT THEN came some bloody idiot who registered into the new forum under MY NAME and using MY blog picture as her avatar, on 23rd April. I did not know about this til I browsed through the forums the very next day, on 24th April. This is the main reason why i decided to register in the new Mediacorp forum for good, in the afternoon of 24th April. And the reason why I don't have an avatar for my profile is probably due to problems stemming from my personal comptuer.
As you can see from all my posts (be it here or the forums or my blog), I am quite a perfectionist, making use of capital letters quite often and ensuring that each word is spelt correctly. And I do have quite a HOT TEMPER. My posts are 100% original, some of them are stolen by that stupid imposter for use.
I hope you stop doubting already and come to accept the truth that the avatar-less poster is ME, and the one with the stolen pictures is nothing but a spineless, cowardly, childish FRAUD!! I dare her to show up at Ngee Ann City this coming Sunday... IF SHE DARES!!!

I so wanna watch the long awaited 4th Indiana Jones film... "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull". I like Indiana Jones, he may make mistakes, get captured quite frequently and have a great fear of snakes, but he sure knows how to outsmart his foes and win the day. I like Harrison Ford even more, he has proven for many years that he can take on any kind of role, either in action, thriller or comedy... roles like a smugller-turned-Rebel hero (Star Wars trilogy), an adventurer (Indiana Jones trilogy), a doctor wrongfully accused of muder (The Fugitive), a Russian spy (in K-19), a CID officer (Hollywood Homicide) and even the President of the States (Air Force One). I actually prefer his Han Solo character, he joined the Rebel Alliance and helped them defeat the Empire, then married Leia Organa and fathered 3 Force-sensitive children (one of them who would tragically fall to the dark side). Not to forget that Han owns a very cool ship (the Millenium Falcon) and has a loyal partner Chewbacca. And Harrison Ford still looks in great shape at the age of 65! :-D

Childish bunch of morons!!
Lei Jun is getting from bad to worse. Not just him, but also his family members. They made a lot of noise at the Mediacorp reception last night, treating it like some kind of hawker center or gambling den.
First and foremost, I wanna start off with his friend, that short girl whose name I dunno. I wouldn't be surprised if her fave Star Wars character is Master Yoda. I have seen that midget before, at the Nat-n-Fel gathering at Fuji Ice Palace last November. I have been observing her weird behavior for quite some time... she would go up to some artistes, ask them lots of questions and pretend to show care and concern. That's exactly what she did last night when she went up to Wenyong and Eelyn. She would even attempt to force them to remember her. Yeah yeah, whatever. I'm sure the celebs would remember her in a negative way... as a midget capable of playing mind games with others and being a real STALKER!!
Next up, I wanna talk about Lei Jun's mother (or maybe his auntie). That old witch with red hair and fugly face. She dared to sneeze non-stop in the middle of the room and laugh about it right after the dirty deed... lack of hygiene!! She actually made a scene at the same place last week by yelling at that mutanat son of hers and spewing vulgarities. She may not have made noise this time, but she might do the same thing next week... shame on her for not disciplining her sons well enough!! :-(
Third person I wanna talk about is Lei Jun's younger brother. Since he's always wearing sleeveless tops, I presume he's starting to develop BO. He's such a monkey, playing around with that midget. I suspect he escaped from Mandai Zoo... I don't have much to say about him, so I'll stop here.
Last but not least, I wanna talk about Lei Jun himself. His BO is getting so much stronger, and he wore the Hulk Hogan t-shirt again. He was the one who made the most noise in the reception, teaming up with his equally foul-smelling brother to disturb the midget girl. I was so pissed, I actually told him to shut up or go outside to do his business. And his response? He said "So what if i make a lot of noise? That's my problen!" Lei Jun, you're damn right it's your problem, but you fail to realize that it's also becoming other people's problem!! You ask your mother to buy you a bottle of perfume to spray all over your stinkbomb-of-a-body!! And to think you would want to put your hand on Eelyn last night!! If you dare lay a hand on any of the Princesses (esp FC), I will not hesitate to kill you!!!
I really cannot stand unreasonable monkeys like Lei Jun, I just hope they can eat shit and die soon. These four idiots should be confined in the Singapore Zoo!!

I am so not happy with the voting outcome for last night's show. I suspect there are backhand tactics used to manipulate the damn percentiles for each contestant. The first round went to Christalle, no problem with that. But the bar chart for the second round was heavily delayed due to mnior technical flaw... and Liang Yi won that round??? The worst part of all was, Qiuting had ZERO percent for that round!! And for third round, Shi Ying secured the highest percentile, with Germaine getting zero??? WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! :-O
True that the voting criteria are split sperartely... 25% from judges, 25% from 50 people, and 50% from the fans. 95% of Liang Yi's fans weren't even around, and Liang Yi got the highest score for the second round?!?! She was the WORST of the 8, come on!! You mean to say that Qiuting and the others did not do a good job meh?!?! There are a lot of questions circling in our minds. Such things have happened before, esp on "Live The Dream" (regarding Victor Tang going all the way to the finals). I really pray and hope that Liang Yi DOES NOT go into the semi-finals... I mean come on, she was already a finalist of Hey Goergeous!!
Oh, and the guest judge was the handsome and versatile Tay Ping Hui. Boy he sure looks happy yet shy to sit next to the beautiful Eunice Olsen (whose cleavage is close to spilling out)... WHOOPS!! :-X
Anyway,his was what the 8 gals did for the second round for Miss Natty genre...
F1 Shiqian- Michael Jackson dance (hee hee! Aaow!). One of the better performances.
F2 Qiuting- sing and dance. Very good effort! She sang like a nightingale... :-)
F3 Liang Yi- playing very horribly on the saxophone. Kenny G, she is not.
F4 Germaine- playing the violin. She may not be as skilful as Vanessa Mae, but she did put in good effort.
F5 Mable- playing on the drums to PCDs' "Sway". Not bad, but I think she can take up drumming lessons from Maroon 5's Matt Flynn.
F6 Shi Ying- swordfight plus crane-style of fighting.
F7 Christalle- doing some tech-style dance, thanks in part to training rom Hafiz and Amshyr from SFB.
F8 Rachelle- wushu performance similar to Jet Li. I believe she learnt this from Picasso Tan.
After the really dismal results, I went out to take a breather, mostly cos I didnt want to be too affected by the sight of sobbing fans (in regard to the f'ed-up results). It was only fair that Shi Ying won the title Miss Natty, but the damage in regard to the voting system has already been done. Nevertheless I went up to the reception a few minutes later to wait for the contestants... chatting with Melissa for the next 1 hour or so.

At abt 2125 hrs, Germaine came out to withdraw money. Soon after, Liang Yi and Yuan Shuai (the 2 contestants I dislike) came out in a rush, cos both have to catch a flight to Beijing. Hafiz and Amshyr also came out around this time. I wouldn't mind taking picture with the cute and pretty Germaine, but I couldn't, thanks not to the strong presence of a certain LEI JUN (more on that next time).

Then came "Warrant Poh"... it's Huang Wenyong!! At first he said that he didn't wanna take pic wif us, but I told him that I felt he was as shuai as Harrison Ford. :-)

At same time after Wenyong came out, there was another familiar face... EELYN!! Man am I surprised to see her, before Saturday's event some more!! Still as beautiful as ever... :-p

At 11 something, a shuai ge came out... it's Terence!! Anoter guy Im gonna see on Saturday... I finally got to take pic with him after so many years. I think he's a great actor. :-)

Then came Mable, Qiuting and Rachelle. QQ said she was very touched by my effort to make a poster to support her. She told us not to worry too much about the results, and that she wants us all to stay happy always no matter what the outcome may be. She then went camera-whoring for us with a Chupa Chupa sweet in hand, ha! :-p Then I took a taxi back home with slightly weakened knees (due to Qiuting's charm)... getting excited over what is to come this weekend. And yep, I also took picture with Rachelle :-)
And yes, I do have something to say about Lei Jun and his clique... no wait, I think I better leave it for the next post.
