Spider-Man No Way Home character info: Electro

Maxwell "Max" Dillon is a former electrical engineer at Oscorp native to a parallel universe who gained the ability to manipulate electricity after a freak accident, in which he was attacked in a tank of genetically-modified electric eels. The incident transformed him into a creature of pure electricity, who later adopted the alias of Electro as he clashed with the Spider-Man of his universe, believing that the superhero did not recognize him enough.

Dillon was found by Spider-Man when he was absorbing energy from some power cables in New York. Dillon attacked Spider-Man, who was aided at the last second by Flint Marko, who had also been transported to this universe. Sandman helped Spider-Man fight Electro by surrounding him with sand while Parker destroyed the utility poles that were feeding him energy, returning him to his normal apperance, albeit slightly different, due to the difference in energy between his universe and the new one.
POWERS
Electricity Manipulation: Electro possesses the ability to generate bodily electrostatic energy which he can release or harness, after being electrocuted with genetically-modified Oscorp electrical eels. Electro can channel all of his body's electrical energy, and focus into any part to give out immensely powerful energy projections. Electro can generate massive quantities of electricity, theoretically up to approximately one million volts. He can employ this electrostatic energy as lightning arcs from his fingertips, and his maximum charge is more than enough to kill a normal human.
Electrical Absorption: Electro can absorb the energy of electrical equipment such as a power plant to recharge his body's energy reserves and increase his powers further.
Flight: Electro's body was transmuted into pure electrical energy, rendering him virtually weightless and granting him the ability to glide over power lines, as well as ride on electric bolts.
Teleportation: Electro can break down his body into electricity and teleport himself anywhere.
Electrical Detection: Electro's powers grants him certain sensory and manipulative abilities. He can override systems and make electrically-powered devices obey his mental commands.
Enhanced Strength and Speed: When his body is charged to high levels, he becomes superhumanly strong and fast.
Vulnerable to water: When Electro is fully charged, he is extremely sensitive to anything that may "short circuit" him, such as water.

ABILITIES
Gifted Intellect: Dillion is a genius on his universe, knowing all about electrical energy and devices. But he is ultimately weak minded when he believes Spider-Man betrayed him and recklessly let Green Goblin manipulate him when all the Spider-Men tried to do was help him.
Expert Engineer: Dillion is an expert electrical engineer in his universe, and was able to use the Arc Reactor to his liking, despite never having the tech before.

Spider-Man No way Home character info: The Lizard

Curt Connors is an amputee biologist who is highly intelligent and a well known scientist in fields of genetics, physics, biochemistry and herpetology. He is portrayed as a somewhat sympathetic, yet misguided individual, driven by the loss of his right arm and a desire to do genuine good. An employee at OsCorp, he is a former partner of Richard Parker, whose research focused on genetically combining animal traits with humans to improve health. He developed a serum replicating the self-healing processes of lizards with the intent of regaining his lost right arm.
After being fired from Oscorp for refusing to rush into human trials, Dr Connors injects himself with. The serum regenerates Connors' missing arm, but eventually mutates him into the Lizard, who goes on a rampage until Spider-Man intervenes. Escaping into the sewers, Connors reverts, develops an obsession with his new abilities, builds a makeshift off-site lab, and experiments on himself further due to the chemicals affecting his mind.
POWERS AND ABILITIES
Artificially Enhanced Physiology: Connors transformed himself into a giant mutant lizard after experimenting with cross-species genetics; he harnessed the DNA of a lizard and transferred its capabilities to himself, granting him enhanced reptilian physical attributes. Likewise, his speed, stamina, agility, and reflexes are also raised to a level equivalent to that of Spider-Man. He is highly resistant to injury due to his thick scaly hide, allowing him to resist punctures and lacerations from ordinary weapons and lower-caliber firearms.
Enhanced Senses: Connors has superhuman senses. He is able to see farther than ordinary, and can smell humans scent from great distances.
Enhanced Durability and Regenerative Healing Factor: the Lizard is highly resistant to injury due to his thick scaly hide, allowing him to resist punctures and lacerations from ordinary weapons and lower-caliber firearms. He also has highly enhanced healing abilities which allow him to quickly recover from grievous wounds, including regenerating lost limbs.
Fangs and claws: The Lizard has razor-sharp teeth set in muscular jaws that can deal a lethal bite. He can also scale walls using a combination of his sharp claws and micro-scales on his hands and feet that create molecular friction like those of a gecko.
Tail: As the Lizard, Connors has a prehensile tail which he uses to whip at high speeds.
Telepathy: The Lizard can mentally communicate and command all reptiles within a mile of himself via limited telepathy.
Reptilian physiology: Like a reptile, he has cold-blooded characteristics and is therefore sensitive to drops in temperature; a sufficiently cold environment will cause his metabolism to slow drastically and become dormant if he is exposed to cold temperatures for too long.

Spider-Man No Way Home character info: Sandman

Flint Marko is an on-and-off petty crook who was responsible for the death of Peter Parker's uncle. He is portrayed as a tragic and sympathetic criminal who is desperate to raise money for his critically ill daughter, Penny. After breaking out of prison, he visited his family, but his upset ex-wife Emma forced him to leave.
While on the run from police, Flint fell into the particle accelerator that bonded him with sand at the molecular level, giving him sand-based shapeshifting abilities, becoming the Sandman in the process.

POWERS AND ABILITIES
Sand/Earth Manipulation: Following the incident in which he fell into a particle accelerator, Marko gained the ability to transform his body. He can will his body to be hardened, compacted, dispersed or shaped, or a combination of those qualities, an Earth manipulation of sand and rock particles. His mass, strength and shape shifting ability correspond to the number of sand and rock particles that comprise him. The more he incorporates (nearby) sand grains and rock granules into his body, the more those qualities are enhanced.

Shapeshifting: Due to his human body destroyed through the process, Marko can change the color of sand. His striped shirt and cargo pants are colored sand to make him appear as if he wears clothes.
Regenerative Healing Factor: Since Marko was turned into sand, he can use it to heal any wounds that he has in seconds. He also has no need of food, water or oxygen to survive.
Weapon Manifestation: Sandman can mold his arms and hands into shapes, such as a mace or a sledgehammer.

Size manipulation: Marko is able to stretch his sand molecules, growing to double his size. Density manipulation: Marko can manipulate his sand to control his density, to make himself hard as rock or thin as sand.
Flight: He can turn himself into a sandstorm, which enables him to fly great distances and to suffocate his enemies. He can also project sand particles outward at high speeds.
Thermokinesis: temperature does alter the Sandman. At 3,400 degrees Fahrenheit his body turns into glass, also a form he can control. Unlike the Sandman's fast transformation from sand to glass, his transformation from glass to sand takes time.
Vulnerable to water: although Sandman is invulnerable to most physical attacks, water or poison can cripple his body mass and cause him to disintegrate.

Spider-Man No Way Home character info : Doc Ock

Otto Octavius is a generally likable man, who is married to his loving wife, Rosie Octavius. He is the scientific idol of Peter Parker, and Peter first meets him through Harry Osborn, who is funding Octavius for OscorpOctavius regards intelligence as a gift that should be used to benefit mankind, and rather than working with nuclear material, he uses nuclear fusion to create a miniature electricity-generating "sun", which he manipulates with four robotic tentacles, which he describes as impervious to heat and magnetism, mounted on his back.

The tentacles have several differences from their comic book counterparts- in the comics, Octavius controlled them with dials prior to his accident, but in the movie, they are attached to his nervous system along his spinal cord and he controls them mentally from the outset. They are designed with a complex claw system allowing Octavius to manipulate objects of any size. Each claw also houses a separate camera, allowing the Doctor to see in any direction. They do not possess a large number of weapons like they do in the Ultimate Spiderman series but in several scenes in the movie, Doctor Octopus extends daggers from the tips to battle Spider-Man.

In addition, each individual tentacle has its own artificial intelligence built within it. An inhibitor chip is built into the apparatus to ensure Octavius retains control over the machines and not vice-versa. When the chip is destroyed in his accident (caused when the "sun" he creates becomes unstable, and a large "flare" from it strikes him in the back, administering a huge electric shock that fuses the tentacles' attachments to his spine), they are able to manipulate his mind and drive him to rebuild his failed fusion device. The tentacles' influence, combined with the loss of his wife Rosie and his failure, is what makes Doc Ock evil in the movie, rather than him simply becoming insane due to brain damage from the accident as he does in the comics.

Powers and abilities

Doctor Octopus has been hinted as being a low-level technopathic mutant, but no superpowers have been outrightly revealed. He is a genius in the fields of atomic physics, in which he holds a Ph. DA brilliant engineer and inventor, he is also a superb strategist and a charismatic leader.

Due to exposure to atomic radiation, Doctor Octopus has acquired the mental ability of psychokinetic control over the four electrically powered, telescoping, prehensile, titanium-steel artificial tentacle "arms" (a degree of psychokinetic control over them that he can also exercise over vast distances even when they are not connected to him) that are attached to a stainless-steel harness encompassing his lower torso. Each of these four arms is capable of lifting several tons, provided that at least one arm is used to support his body.

The reaction time and agility of his mechanical appendages is enhanced far beyond the range attainable for normal human musculature. The arms allow Octavius to move rapidly over any terrain and to scale vertical surfaces and ceilings. He has developed his concentration and control to the point that he can engage a single opponent, like Spider-Man, or multiple opponents with the arms while performing a completely separate, more delicate task, such as holding a cigarette or constructing a machine. While wearing the harness, the arms are powerful enough to allow Doc Ock to walk up sheer concrete walls and move quickly about. They are also used to grab items, both small and large, and as literal weapons in terms of being swung at objects and people like clubs.

Spider-Man No Way Home character info : Green Goblin

Norman Osborn is a workaholic scientist/businessman, who has a complicated relationship with his son Harry. A career-focused man who prioritizes science, business and success above all else and despite genuinely caring for his son, has a distant relationship with him and is quite disappointed in Harry, who is meant to be Norman's heir, but lacks his father's ambition, intellect, strength and will to succeed and control.

After hearing his colleague Dr. Mendell Stromm reveal to the military officials overseeing the project that some of the test subjects have gone insane, Osborn is threatened with a tight deadline, and experiments on himself.

The Green Goblin is Norman Osborn's second personality, born from the exposure to the experimental performance-enhancing gas. The Green Goblin may perhaps be the unrestrained manifestation of Norman Osborn's ambition for power, desire to succeed, and hatred for anyone who may be a hindrance to his control, such as greedy contractors and board members, and his destined enemy, the superhero Spider-Man. He is a violent, sadistic and unhinged psychopath and an over-ambitious maniac who believes that his power gives him endless potential and places him above normal people. He even attempts to invite Spider-Man to join him, believing that as another powerful being, they both could accomplish many things together.

Norman possesses superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, and reflexes. His durability has been augmented over the years to the point that bullets fired from most conventional weapons can't pierce his skin. Aside from his physical advantages, the serum also greatly enhanced Norman's already highly above average intellect, making him a bona fide genius capable of making progress in advanced areas of geneticsroboticsengineering, and applied chemistry that most professional scientists can scarcely comprehend.

In the film, the Green Goblin pilots a high-tech Goblin Glider, armed with seeking missiles, machine guns & razor-sharp spears. It is fast and extremely maneuverable. He also wears green armor that cybernetically connects him to his glider and weapons. He is seen using three varieties of his signature "pumpkin bombs": one which is a simple explosive; one that releases a bright, radioactive flash & reduces people to skeletons (shudder); and one that splits into flying, razor-sharp blades. Rather than carrying a shoulder "bag of tricks", the weapons are contained in the glider. His suit is armed with hallucinogenic gas that is released from the wrists, and is linked to the Goblin Glider, allowing him to control it remotely.
