Captain America Civil War film infomatics Part 4: TeamIronMan

Tony Stark/Iron Man
Tony Stark is a self-proclaimed eccentric genius, billionaire, playboy and philanthropist. He is also the armored superhero known as Iron Man. Fresh off from defeating enemies the world over, Stark reluctantly agreed to serve as a consultant to Nick Fury's peacekeeping intelligence agency S.H.I.E.L.D. Stark joined the Avengers and helped defeat the Chitauri during the Battle of New York. Due to the battle, he suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, leading him to create the Iron Legion. After the Battle on the Norco, the final event of Aldrich Killian's War, he destroyed all of his armors with the Clean Slate Protocol.
When the Avengers were officially reassembled, Stark created new armors to fight the remnants of HYDRA. Once the threat had been ended, Stark, with the help of Bruce Banner, built Ultron as a peace-keeping A.I. to protect the world, but it defected and chose to destroy humanity instead. The guilt of creating Ultron and causing so much destruction and loss of life eventually convinced Stark to sign with Thaddeus Ross and create the Sokovia Accords, in agreement with world governments that the Avengers should be regulated. This move pits Iron Man against Captain America on a political level, but their personal conflict runs deeper — and down a more dangerous path than either could have ever anticipated or imagined. When Rogers went in further to disobey orders by protecting the Winter Soldier, Stark led the man-hunt for his old ally, igniting the Avengers Civil War.

James Rhodes/War Machine
Colonel James Rupert Rhodes, commonly known as Rhodey, is a U.S. military officer and jet pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He is the best friend of Tony Stark and the liaison between Stark Industries and the military in the Department of Acquisition. Rhodey’s friendship with Stark goes way back, and his loyalty to him goes hand-in-hand with his loyalty to his country as the Avenger known as War Machine — the Stark-designed ultimate protector. Having shown his worth during the Battle of Sokovia in which he took down an army of Ultron Sentries, Rhodes became a member of the Avengers under the leadership of Captain America. However Rhodes soon came into conflict with his team-mates when he agrees with Stark in favor of government regulation, siding with Thaddeus Ross on the Sokovia Accords.

Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow
Natalia Alianovna "Natasha" Romanoff, better known as Black Widow, is one of the best spies and assassins in the world. Originally an agent of the Soviet agency for foreign intelligence, the KGB; she later became a member of S.H.I.E.L.D., the international counter-intelligence agency. Having extensive mastery in the martial arts and armed with her Widow's Bite, Black Widow was one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s most talented agents. When Loki declared war on Earth, Black Widow joined the Avengers and helped to defend New York City. After the Avengers defeated Loki, she continued her work with S.H.I.E.L.D., this time working with fellow agent Captain America. After the HYDRA Uprising, which resulted in all of her morally dubious history being revealed to the world, she dropped off the grid to begin rebuilding her cover. She later rejoined the Avengers, working to bring down various HYDRA cells across the world and the rogue artificial intelligence Ultron. Unlike most members of the original Avengers, Black Widow remained a member of the second incarnation of the team after the Ultron Offensive. Despite her loyalty and friendship with Steve Rogers since the early days of the now-defunct S.H.I.E.L.D., Natasha disagrees with his position of rejecting the Sokovian Accords and in a surprise move joins Tony Stark’s team, in support of governmental oversight. Always strategic in her thinking and heroic in her actions, Black Widow is an asset that Tony needs — but one that he cannot control.

Vision
Vision
is a powerful, synthetic being born from a Vibranium-laced body created by Ultron and Helen Cho, and activated by the Mind Stone that was hidden inside the Scepter once wielded by Loki. Originally conceived as the perfect form for Ultron, Vision was repurposed when Tony Stark and Bruce Banner implanted J.A.R.V.I.S.-based codes into his mind, granting him a benevolent personality and a fondness for humanity. He was awakened by the lightning blasts from Thor's hammer, and then proved his worth by lifting Thor's hammer, much to the surprise of everyone. This led him to joining the Avengers to stop Ultron, eliminating Ultron's ability to escape through the internet and helping to destroy all the drone bodies. After the Ultron Offensive, Vision formally became a member of the Avengers under the leadership of Captain America. Within the following months, he is still trying to find his footing in the human world and understand the extent of his seemingly limitless power. Vision sides with Tony in the vote for government oversight as he believes, logically, it is the safest way to protect the world.

T'Challa/Black Panther
T'Challa was born the crown prince of the Kingdom of Wakanda, a highly advanced country in East Africa. His father T'Chaka, King of Wakanda, joined the ranks of those who support government regulation, after the deaths of several Wakandan relief workers stemming from an Avengers mission gone wrong. However, due to T'Chaka being assassinated in a terrorist attack orchestrated by an unknown person, T'Challa mourningly took over his rightful role as King of Wakanda and assumed the role of the protector of his tribe, Black Panther. He then focused on killing the man he believed to be responsible - Winter Soldier. This led him siding with Iron Man's team to achieve his own deeply personal goal.

Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Peter Parker is a high school student hailing from Queens, New York and a superhero who possesses spider-like abilities under the alter ego of Spider-Man. Despite his best efforts to keep his identity secret from the world, he was found and recruited by Tony Stark to join the Avengers Civil War, gaining a new suit and technology in exchange.
