And yes I know it's also Eddie Guerrero's birthday today, but he isn't around to celebrate it, unfortunately (even while his widow and nephew are messing up wif Rey Mysterio every week on Smackdown)... may God bless his soul. Stay tuned for my entry on him coming up next month.
Anyway ya, the haze had gotten worse on Saturday morning... with an extremely unhealthy PSI reading of 134 (and from what i read in the newspaper, the reading shot up til over 150). Yet that certainly didnt dampen anyone's spirits... esp those who attended the Women's Day Out event located inside the big tent just in front of Ngee Ann City. And yes, there was a guest celeb present (hence my reason for creating this post, hehe)... in the form of the saccharine sweet, adorable, beautiful MEI REN YU... the one and only... FELICIA CHIN!!! :-)
Indeed I wasnt too surprised when she recognised me as she made her way out of the main tent (containing over 300 female participants, perhaps more) and headed for the refreshment tent... she waved to me and Rina as well as anothe fan before she headed for shopping (dont quite like the China doll hairdo)... and I managed to pass to Fel some drawings I made of her months ago before she and a certain friend crossed the road. :-)
And quite surprisingly, there wasn;' any haze yesterday and today... but business at Isetan hadnt been so good. Mostly due to upcoming school exams?
