Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film informatics Part 10: The Foot Clan
The Foot Clan is a criminal organization and a threat to the citizens of New York. Unlike their previous incarnations, who were described as a international, all-ages, ninjutsu cult, the Paramount version of the Foot Clan is now classified as a adult, pro-American terrorist organization.
Many Foot Soldiers have stumbled over the Ninja-trained Turtles and many have been defeated. Still, they are formidable foes because of their sheer numbers. Their high-tech weapons can crush the Turtles' protective shells and get to the real meat.
This is the second version of the Foot Soldiers to use guns as their primarly weapons, the first one being in the 1987 TV series, where they used laser guns.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film informatics Part 09: Shredder
Shredder is the hideous, gruesome and all around bad guy leader of the Foot Clan, the organized band of evil Ninjas. He wears a robotic samurai suit with retractable blades, which he can shoot against his opponents.
Shredder wants nothing more than control of the world. And to get there, he'll stop at nothing, even if it means grating his victims like cheese with his razor-sharp armor. The obstacles in his path are none other than the Turtles, and he means to destroy them. Shredder fights a never-ending battle against truth, justice, and the American way.
Shredder's real name is not given in the film. He is also shown to have scars on his face like in some other incarnations. However it is not revealed how he got them. Eric Sacks, his second-in-command, is his adopted son and the creator of his armor.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film informatics Part 08: April O'Neil
April O'Neil is a "Lifestyle reporter" for Channel 6 news, always prepared for the late breaking news feature with her camcorder and digicam strapped inside her bag. Her eagerness, however, gets her into trouble and makes her a big pain in the shell for the Ninja Turtles, who always end up saving this damsel in distress.
The Turtles were actually her pets as a kid, and she fed them pizza when they were little. Her father Dr. O'Neil worked together with Eric Sacks on a secret project trying to create actual super-heroes to help the common people against evil-doers. However, O'Neil realized that his partner's purpose was far from as noble as his own, finding out that Eric Sacks worked for the Shredder and would use their hard work for evil purposes. Seeing no other oportunity, Dr. O'Neil set his lab on fire while he and his daughter were in it, disabling Sacks from getting control of any more of their work. He also injected the turtles with a super-serum before his lab was entirely destroyed, and then he was shot and killed by his traitor partner Eric Sacks. After rescuing the turtles and rat, she placed them in the sewer.

This mystical rat uses his cunning as well as his bow, sword cane and prehensile tail to thwart the evil Foot clan. Splinter trained the Turtles to fight for truth, justice, and an equal portion of food.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film informatics Part 06: Michelangelo
Michaelangelo is a party reptile, the free-spirited jokester of the group who loves playing video games and skateboarding. Even though the sinister Shredder may be slicing his way through the manhole cover, Mike stays cool... cool because he's the master of the whirling nunchakus. It takes eight pounds of pressure per square inch to break bone. The nunchukus generate ninety!
In the midst of the most perilous of battles, Mike can be seen swinging his deadly nunchaku in one hand while dangling a wedge of pizza in the other. Mike wears an orange bandana, and a pair of nunchaku hangs from his belts. But don't be fooled by his laid-back, easy-going demeanor. He's all fun and games, until you mess with him and his bros.

Sporting his purple bandana, and a bo staff slung across his back, Donnie is brains and brawn, all in one package. often speaking in 'tech slang'. Still, Don's one powerful reptile with his staff, which enables him to parry, vault, and crush! Even Don gets "Turtle-sized" pleasure in stomping the Foot.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film informatics Part 04: Raphael
Raphael is the biggest of the brothers in terms of size, and his ego is probably even bigger. Not one to hold back his temper, Raph is aggressive and often struggles with following orders, with a cynical and sarcastic sense of humor. His deep-seated fear of being alone is masked by his fierce independence and tough-guy exterior. Raph is stead-fast, strong-minded and acts like a typical rebel who questions authority, with a "fight first, ask questions later" philosophy. With his red bandanna, Raph's clever skill with the deadly sai allows him to strike at a distance and keep the Foot Clan in stitches.
