Avengers Infinity War informatics Part 03: The Avengers from Phases 2 and 3

Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch)
Forced into hiding, Wanda has only become more passionate in what she believes in, and her abilities have correspondingly become stronger as time goes by. Wanda will have to reveal her true self and unlock the full potential of her abilities when intergalactic enemoes attack Earth.
Powers and abilities: the experiment done onto Wanda and her twin brother Pietro gave them unique powers; Wanda was imbued with telekinesis, telepathy, mind control and phobokinesis (eliciting fear or emotional pain to an individual in the form of nightmarish hallucinations). She could generate bright red energy blasts or bolts and direct them at her opponents. She is also able to use her telekinesis to simulate flight in the motion of hovering or performing great leaps.

Vision
Vision is an android who possesses a synthetic vibranium body created by Ultron and Helen Cho, along with the powerful gem known as the Mind Stone. He was later repurposed by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner and fought alongside the Avengers in a few missions. The Mind Stone on his head not only acts as a weapon of great destruction in the wrong hands, but also serves as the life source for this hero.
Powers and abilities: Vision is a sapient construct, a perfect hybrid between organic and inorganic material. His entire body is a mix between a synthetic simulacrum of organic tissue bonded with Vibranium atoms, all of which are enhanced by the cosmic powers of the Mind Stone to function as a living body. The combination of the Vibranium and the cosmic energy from the Mind Stone embedded in his forehead grants Vision a wide plethora of powers such as invulnerability, picnokinesis, intangibility, computer interface, and shape-shifting. Vision could also fire intense energy beams from the Mind Stone embedded on his head.

Sam Wilson (Falcon)
A fugitive after the events of the Avengers' Civil War, Sam Wilson remains a supportive ally and friend to Captain America by performing off-the-grid missions. His determination, loyalty and fearlessness in the sky will prove to be an asset when protecting the Infinity Stones from Thanos and his minions.
Powers and abilities: Sam's previous history in the Armed Forces, makes him both an experienced soldier and skilled in hand-to-hand combat. He is also shown to be an extraordinary aerialist due to his time as military pararescue, and has shown capabilities in planning special operations. Using his specialized winged jetpack the EXO-7 Falcon, Sam Wilson is able to fly at very fast subsonic speeds, but with an enhanced degree of maneuverability and agility similar to that of an actual falcon. Besides enhancing Falcon's mobility, the EXO-7 Falcon can also increase the force generated by some of Falcon's physical strikes via the increased momentum and acceleration created by his jetpack, as well as using the wings as makeshift striking weapons.

Bucky Barnes (White Wolf)
James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes is the childhood friend of Steve Rogers who was experimented on and brainwashed by HYDRA to become a formidable fighter and an even more ruthless killer. His experiences with the KGB would earn him the name of the Winter Soldier. After the fall of S.H.I.E.L.D., Bucky started to remember who he was, and eventually chose to go into cryogenic stassis in Wakanda after the Avengers Civil War. With the help of the people of Wakanda who helped remove his HYDRA programming, he is given the name of White Wolf and also given a new arm made of vibranium.
Powers and abilities: having received an alternate version of the Super Soldier Serum, Bucky's physical attributes (strength, stamina, durability, agility, reflexes) had been enhanced, and his acclerated healing enabled him to survive any encounter that would kill an ordinary human. His bionic left arm gives him enhanced strength superior to that of any human. Bucky also excels in knife mastery, is skilled in various forms of martial arts and is an expert marksman.

T'Challa (Black Panther)
As the king of Wakanda, T'Challa has proven himself to be a worthy champion and leader for his people. He honors the tradition of Wakanda as the nation's sworn protector and skilled warrior, the Black Panther. With a strong family by his side and one of the world's most strategic, cunning and scientifically advanced armies at his disposal, he's ready to defend the nation.
Powers and abilities: After having consumed the Heart-Shaped Herb, T'Challa's physical attributes (strength, stamina, durabilitiy, agility, reflexes) have been greatly enhanced to levels comparable to a super soldier. These powers are long-lasting, at least until the user drinks a serum to negate the powers of the herbs for a trial combat for a fair fight to become King of Wakanda. As Black Panther, T'Challa dons a uniquely crafted Vibranium-weave combat suit that, like Captain America's shield, is lightweight, nigh-indestructible, and renders him immune to most physical damages, especially from collisions and conventional firearms. He is also a master in martial arts, acrobatics, strategy and tactics, and very likely has command of innumerable resources and wealth beyond imagination. After his return to Wakanda, T'Challa received an updated version of the Black Panther suit designed by Shuri to be more advanced than the traditional Black Panther suit, capable of absorbing and manipulating energy for various purposes.

Peter Parker (Spider-Man)
Endowed with spider-like abilities after being bitten by a genetically altered spider, Peter Parker becomes the friendly neighborhood superhero known as Spider-Man. He was only an amateur superhero and internet sensation until Tony Stark, his idol, recruited him after the Sokovia Accords were passed. When Peter joined in the fight against Thanos' army and stowed away aboard an giant doughnut-shaped spacecraft, little did he know that he was in for a showdown with a foe more formidable than any he's ever faced.
Powers and abilities: After being bitten by a genetically altered spider, Spider-Man possesses the proportionate powers of a spider; such as superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, reflexes, and senses. He can cling to solid surfaces and has a pre-cognitive "spider-sense", which alerts him to danger. The Iron Spider Armor that is composed of a mineral of nanoparticles and materialized around Peter's Tech Suit gave him enhanced durability (in this case the ability to survive the rigors of outer space), armored web-shooters, and even 4 armored spider legs that grant Peter quicker mobility.
Peter displays an uncanny affinity for science, mathematics, mechanics, and physics. Peter is very intelligent, specifically in chemistry and physics. He is intelligent enough to create a powerful adhesive to serve as a "spider web" and constructed a pair of working electro-mechanical web-shooters. He is also a skilled tactician and a master acrobat.

Stephen Vincent Strange (Doctor Strange)
As Doctor Strange gets accustomed to his new role as a guardian of the Sanctum Sanctorum and sworn protector of the Eye of Agomotto, the Master of the Mystic Arts will soon discover how much further his universe will expand when the cosmos are in jeopardy.
Powers and abilities: As the present guardian of the New York Sanctum Sanctorum, Stephen Strange, despite his relative inexperience, is one of the most powerful Masters of the Mystic Arts, possessing a considerable mastery of the mystic arts, which he uses to defend his native reality. Indeed, despite his inexperience, an impressed Karl Mordo claimed that Steve's prodigious skills mean that he was "born for the mystic arts", and the Ancient One herself noted that Steve has tremendous potential as a sorcerer. With the help of numerous mystical artifacts and relics, in addition to his astral powers, Steve is able to gain access to a multitude of mystical powers such Eldritch Magic Manipulation, levitation, teleportation, inter-dimensional travel, astral projection, and chronokinesis (the ability to manipulate the flow of time) with the Eye of Agamotto. Steven is also a master physician, has an excellent photographic memory and quite skilled at being able to manipulate his enemies and take advantage of the terrain.
