Happy Birthday to...
29th November- Jerry "The King" Lawler, John "Bradshaw" Layfield, Megan
30th November- Christian Cage, Magdalene
I didn't do much during the weekend... once again due to lack of roadshows. The only upcoming event I am fully aware about is the Car Boot Flea Market at the Big Splash next Sunday (December 7th; more details on that later). This was how the weekend was spent...
Saturday
Spent most of the moring playing "X-Men Legends II", then in the afternoon, I went to Marina Square to meet some friends to pay the fees in regards to an upcoming gathering. The response was not so enthusaistic, with more than half not being able to come. As I was abt to leave the place, i caught sight of the Sesame Street mascots performing. Very similar to the performance at Takashimaya which I saw last year. All 4 characters from last year's show were present... Elmo, Ernie, Bert and Cookie Monster. I then took a train to Expo with the intention of going for the Sitex fair, but seeing the overwhelming response in the train, I figured that if I did go ahead with Sitex, it will be a very difficult for me to survive in such cramped conditions, and even harder for me to get into the train... so I decided to head back home instead. Had dinner with Mother and Tris, then slacked at home with home computer and PSP.
Sunday
Projection duty today, as per 3-week basis. After church service, me, Bro and Mother went to have lunch at Suntec. Mother was supposed off to Thailand in the afternoon, but given the current political unrest (with the PAD protestors closing down the main airports!!), she had to cancel the plans immediately, same goes to Bro. And no, I didn't go to Sitex fair. Got back home at 2 plus and watched some parts of "2008 Anniversary Gala" repeat telecast. Oh, and Star Wars Episode II: Attack of The Clones finally debuted on Channel 5 after a long long wait, but I didn't watch the whole thing cos I already had the VCD. I do know that the Prequel Trilogy and the Original Trilogy are already out in respective collections... Anakin vs Obi-Wan for the PT (red shade of lava) and Luke vs Vader for the OT (blue shade of Death Star).
Time has passed so quickly indeed... in about 31 days, this year is coming to an end. Not a very pleasant year overall if you ask me...
CAUTION... this blog may contain some offensive material in some of the posts (but Im not one to judge others whatsoever). Since 2010 this blog is now an archive for upcoming movies or video games. For more current affairs, do check out my Facebook page, thanks.

Random news reports
More reports for the weekend...
WASHINGTON (AFP)- An American woman who held the record for being the world's oldest person for over a year died Wednesday at the ripe old age of 115 years, 220 days, the Los Angeles-based Gerontology Research Group said.
Edna Parker of Shelbyville, Indiana, was born on April 20, 1893 -- when Queen Victoria still ruled the British empire and before X-rays were even invented.
Parker was recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest person in August 2007 following the death of Japanese Yone Minagawa, who was four months her senior.
According to the research group, which maintains a list of the world's oldest people, Parker was the 14th oldest validated supercentenarian in history.

I really have to take my hat off to this lady for having lived a long life. Shoot, I just realized that she shares the same birthday as me some more!! What a coincidence... exactly 90 years apart!! :-O
And this is really sad...
SINGAPORE: When she met friends at a wedding two weeks ago, Ms Lo Hwei Yen told them that she was headed to India for work. She seemed excited about the trip, said the friends who met her.
On Friday, Ms Lo, 28, was identified as the Singaporean hostage held in the Mumbai terror attacks. Her body was found on the 19th floor of the Oberoi Hotel.
Friends whom TODAY spoke to expressed shock and sadness at the sudden loss. “She was so young,” said a former Victoria Junior College classmate, who declined to be named. Another who saw her at the wedding said: “She seemed very radiant the last two times I saw her. I was very happy for her.”
Ms Lo, the eldest of three sisters, was engaged to Mr Michael Puhaindran in 2006 and they got married in Bali last year.
Rumours of Ms Lo’s fate had been circulating since Friday afternoon. On Friday evening, as word about a media briefing was to be held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spread, one friend, who knew her, spoke for many when he said: “Many of her friends are still hoping there is some good news.”
As friends turned to news websites about the Mumbai attacks, Ms Lo’s name stood out for some. Said a former junior college schoolmate: “Her name was quite unique among all those I knew. Most are Hui Yan or Hwee Yen. She’s Hwei Yen with a capital 'I’, with a nice radiant smile. She will always stand unique in her friends’ hearts.”
Arrangements are being made to bring Ms Lo’s body back to Singapore. “MFA and our mission in Mumbai will do everything necessary to assist the family in this very difficult time. We wish this tragedy had not occurred,” said Mr Jai. “We have done everything that we could. Our sympathies are also with the families of the other hostages who were killed in the attacks.”
No more Singaporeans are stranded in any of the hotels in Mumbai, he added. Some 115 Singaporeans have registered their presence in Mumbai. Four remain uncontactable.
Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong has expressed his sadness over the tragic incident. He knows Mr Puhaindran’s family and had attended their wedding last year. Upon learning the news, SM Goh visited the family, who were in a state of shock, reported Channel NewsAsia. He told reporters: “Unfortunately, what we feared came true.”

It's really sad that a woman so young, nice and innocent could be taken away all of a sudden. Imagine the grief that her family and friends, most particularly her husband of slightly more than a year, had to go through. She was one of may unfortunate people who fell victim to a tragedy that nobody could have expected... and because of this unfortunate turn of events, I'm not even gonna say "at the wrong place, at the wrong time". The hotel where Miss Lo died alongside many others was thought to be one of the safest places in the region. My heart also goes out to the other casualties of the Mumbai bombings... :-(
MUMBAI (AFP)- Commandos Saturday killed the last remaining gunmen in Mumbai's Taj Hotel to end a devastating attack by Islamic militants on India's financial capital that left 195 dead, including 22 foreigners.
Shortly after dawn broke on the third day of the siege in Mumbai, heavy gunfire and loud explosions signalled the final commando offensive against the militants, who had held hundreds of security personnel at bay for 60 hours.
"All operations are over. All the terrorists have been killed," Mumbai police chief Hassan Gafoor said, as the special forces units emerged from the smoke-filled hotel and firemen moved in to douse a fierce blaze.
On Friday, elite troops had stormed a Mumbai Jewish centre and killed two gunmen -- but also found five dead Israeli hostages, including a US-based rabbi and his wife, who were murdered as the commandos closed in.
"They were the kind of people with no remorse -- anybody and whomsoever came in front of them, they fired," an Indian commando said of the young gunmen.
Witnesses said the attackers had specifically rounded up people with US and British passports.
Both the United States and Britain expressed condolences and offered to help investigate the assault on Mumbai, which has been hit by terror attacks before. Nearly 190 people were killed in train bombings in 2006.
US President George W. Bush said he was "deeply saddened," and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said he was sending police to help with the probe. India's newspapers laid much of the blame at the door of the intelligence agencies.

Finally, the nightmare had ended, but it was not without much loss. Way too similar to the Bali bombings, except the guilty individuals had been terminated within days. It's a relief that justice had finally been served on those inhuman, remorseless terrorists-cum-BASTARDS... but their actions have forever left a deep scar in the hearts of many whose loved ones they had taken away.

Tough times ahead
Happy Birthday to Qi Yuwu and Benedict Goh WH (my old schoolmate, not the celeb)
This is not good at all. Just when I thought that things would be under control, the political unrest situation in Thailand had suddenly gotten much much worse. The situation had gotten so bad, that Mother had decided to cancel her plans to visit Father in Thailand. The People's Alliance for Democracy protestors had closed down Don Mueang International Airport a day after closing down Suvarnabhumi Airport, leaving Bangkok without any airports. The international transferring was moved to the closest U-Tapao International Airport, but it will take more than 3 hours to reach Bangkok.
And then there's more disheartening news such as this...

And then there's more disheartening news such as this...
- A series of terrorist attacks (started on Wednesday evening) in Mumbai, India, kills at least 125 and injures hundreds. (reminds me too much of the Bali bombings a few years back)
- Brazilian officials declare a state of emergency as flooding in the Southern state of Santa Catarina causes at least 99 deaths and forces the evacuation of over 78,000 people. (reminds me of the recent cyclone in Myanmar and the tsunami in South East Asia years ago)

Encounters of the (Extremely) Disturbing Kind...!
Happy Birthday to Benedict Goh (the former host) and Aiyaya
I had seen him a few times before wthin the premises of National Library within the last 2 mths, and nearly died of laughter upon seeing him. The first time I saw him, I exclaimed to myself, "Riiiiiight..." But this time round, many people (myself included) simply looked at him with a very disgusted look on their faces. I won't be surprised if Hsu Chun Mei or Ru Hua were his greatest inspirations. Or maybe he's trying to be the next Kumar, I may never know. But one thing is for certain... this fella is definitely not in his right mind at all. :-S
I was on my way to work this morning when I came across this very weird person...
He had his hair tied back, he was wearing a DRESS, carrying 2 bags and wearing jeans inside! Yes you read that correctly... it is a GUY!!! And I did take pics of him with my camera phone...

If anyone of you out there happen to spot the aforementioned weirdo around Bugis, please call IMH asap. This guy is in serious need to be locked up for extremely disturbing behavior. At least Goldust can carry himself off better. And no, I so ain't gonna take a front face shot of him, lest anyone gets a heart attack upon seeing the real face.

Random thoughts on live concerts and Survivor Series
Ha, there's articles of dissatisfaction towards the very brief Rihanna concert at only 1 hour, and even the reporters of 8 days weren't pleased about it. Lucky I never went for it, but then again I'm not really a fan of Rihanna anyway. And this wasn't the only time it had happened... Maroon 5 concert which I went for earlier this year lasted for abt 70 minutes. But take for example Elton John's concert and A-Mei's concert earlier this year, lasting for over 2 hours. Based on recent surveys, the fault does not lie in the concert organiser, but more on the artiste involved (sad but true). Hopefully, the Kylie-X concert tonight wll go for abt 2 hrs... and not end prematurely and leave a sour taste in the tongues of bigtime Kylie fans.
Survivor Series 2008 had came to pass, and indeed I expected it when the returning John Cena defeated Chris Jericho to win the World Heavyweight Title in his homestate of Massechusetts. Goes to show that 3 years after their last encounter, Y2J is still unable to defeat the Chaingang Soldier one-on-one. Welcome back, Cena!! And thanks for saving us from that despicable 'virus'. :-)
As expected, The Undertaker defeated Big Show in a casket match. Shawn Michaels, Great Khali and Rey Mysterio were the sole survivors for the first of 3 Traditional Survivor Series matches. Randy Orton presumably made use of Cody Rhodes to secure a win against Batista in the 2nd Survivor Series match. And for the first ever Divas Survivor Series match, it was Beth Phoenix who helped Team Raw secure a victory against their Smackdown counterparts.
The match that is the most controversial and shocking has got to be the outcome of the WWE Championship match... hours before the Triple Threat match was to take place, Jeff Hardy was found battered and bruised in his hotel room, and so Triple H and Vladimir Kozlov had to go one-on-one instead. And halfway through the match, that cunning GM Vickie Guerrero intervened and announced that there will be a replacement for Jeff Hardy... EDGE??? WTF, who would have expected a repeat of last year...!! I thought Undertaker had 'sent him to hell' months ago???
Indeed I was right that Triple H would lose the title at this event, but I honestly never expected the new champion to be someone who had returned from months of injury and SHOULD NOT even be in the match in first place. I suspect that Vickie purposely arranged for Jeff Hardy to be taken out and replaced by the Ultimate Opportunist. Looks like Eric Bischoff was right all along... Controversy does indeed create Cash.
Screw Edge, screw Vickie, screw the scriptwriters, and last but not least, SCREW MR MCMAHON for this travesty. Eddie would so not be pleased if he were to see this from above. But come to think of it, it would have been worse if Vladimir Kozlov were to win the title instead.
One thing is for certain... this week's episodes of Raw and Smackdown are sure gonna be very interesting! And yes, I am still gonna buy the Survivor Series 2008 VCD when it comes out in a few days time ;-)

Some thoughts during Anniversary Gala
All I can say is that the Anniversary Gala was such a BLAST!! It's truly amazing to see how much Singapore media had developed from RTS in the 60s to SBC in the late 70s, then to TCS in the mid 90s and finally to MediaCorp in the 21st century. It was also a good time for the young and old to reminicse on the good old times. Indeed entertainment has come a very long way...
For "Development of Variety", It was kinda funny to see Guo Liang, Ben Yeo, Kym Ng and Michelle Chong impersonate different variety hosts within 15 mins or so, going through rapid costumes after each segment.
For the comdey skit, Guo Liang, Pat Mok, Henry Thia, Kym Ng and Mark Lee came together as various characters. Guo Liang's impersonation as Liang Ximei was so hilarious, that the moment he spoke in his normal voice, the audience couldn't resist laughing!! :-D
Let us also not forget about the celebrities (all comedians) who are no longer around... Ya Fong (d. 1995), Wang Sa (d. 1998), Hwa Liang (d. 1995), and yes Jimmy Nah aka MC King (who tragically passed away at the start of this year at only 39 yrs old). They may be gone, but their memories continue to live within our hearts. It's heart-breaking to know that MC King was taken from us before he could fully savor the new year... :-(
The funniest segment of all had gotta be "Development of Drama", a comedy skit where various artistes impersonated various TV characters... sending laughter everywhere!! :-D
- Mark Lee as Ah Shui from "The Awakening" (portrayed by Huang Wenyong)
- Michelle Tay as Ah Mei??? (I found this an insult to the recently slimmed down Xiang Yun who portrayed Ah Mei)
- Vivian Lai as Samsui Woman (portrayed by Zeng Huifen)
- Dennis Chew as Aiyoyo Laoshi from "Good Morning Teacher" (portrayed by Chen Liping)
- Quan Yifeng as Bobo the spoilt brat from "Pretty Faces" (portrayed by Zoe Tay)
- Henry Thia as Yan Fei from "The Unbeatables" (portrayed by Li Nanxing)
- Patricia Mok as Sai Wei, the crippled villain from "The Golden Pillow" (portrayed by Xie Shaoguang)
- Pornsak as Ah Bee aka Lobang King from "Don't Worry Be Happy" (portrayed by Chew Chor Meng)
- Cavin Soh as the Flying Fish (portrayed by Wang Yu Qing)
- Zheng Geping as Bao Ya Sao from "The Price of Peace" (ironically portrayed by his own wife Hong Hui Fang!!)
Then came Lindy Hop... Nat Ho dancing with Dawn, Andie Chen with Paige, Zzen with Belinda and Dai Ying Tian with Ya Hui. The more adventurous couples will try the challenging moves like flipping and tossing, and this is a showcase of their vibrancy. Nat and Dawn looked most compatible I feel... their stunt being the most challenging imo.
The Four Elemental Performance aimed to wow the audiencee with sight and sound. Each artiste is a representation of the elements of the earth: 风 (WIND), 火 (FIRE), 雷(THUNDER), 雨 (RAIN). These elements are re-created on stage through dance, music and effects.
Zoe represented rain, dressed in a light blue dress and looking like a nymph, with svelte dancers dancing to the ripples of water.
Hanwei represented thunder, dressed in warrior armor and leading a troupe in clanging on the metal plates to symbolize the sound of thunder.
Yvonne represented wind, flying around the place and looking like an angel in white dress, with the dancers dancing gracefully and white confetti being blown across the lower gallery.
Ping Hui represented fire, leading a troup of warriors into twirling batons and metal spocks with tips filled with fire, and culmilating to an awesome twirl of sparkles via a mega-sized spock. The place was literally filled with slight tinges of smoke for the next few minutes.
The Grand Finale featured all the artistes from the past to the present gathered at the stage and wishing the 4 main genres of entertainment Happy 45th Birthday. Truly a moment worth remembering... :-)
Happenings before and after Anniversary Gala
Happy Birthday to Beth Phoenix and Ivan
Hello everyone, I'm back from a job interview in the morning. My mind is still in a whirl, I guess I'll have to talk abt what I did before joining the queue for the Anniversary Gala, and after that...
I reached Mediacorp a bit late at abt 4.40 pm, and went to the toilet to wash up a bit... to think that the first person to enter the toilet when I was abt to exit is that... that... JACKASS!!! And I know he was staring at me with disdain and hatred in his eyes, so I returned him none. I did see him behave weirdly later on whilst chatting with others at the parking lot, and thinking he's so damn famous. From the last time I saw him at Bugis, I can already see him becoming weirder and more psychotic this time round. Damn qian bian lor, this MKP... he left me no choice but to create a new PPV event involving him going on various matches against different WWE Superstars. No prizes for guessing who's the loser for all the matches... (evil smirk)
Anyway, I got to tha parking lot and had some curry puffs for early dinner. Other than the Naturals whom I'm quite familiar with, I did see the RBKD fans, the Felicians, the Jolliteers, the Yuwu Paradise fc, the Jeanius fc... eh ehhh wait!! I noticed Willie and Amir among the Jeanius fans!! I somewhow expected them to be going for it, haha. :-p
6.30 pm- finally, the doors to the balcony region were opened, and we headed to the place. We were seated somewhere at the right section of the upper gallery (refer to diagram). Of all the 7 Princesses' fanclubs present, there was one fanclub noticeably absent... Fiona's fc. From what I heard recently, it was 'close to dying' due to certain circumstances.
7 pm- Anniversary Gala begins!! Lot of whistling, screaming and laughing till our throats went hoarse. Full details in next post.
10 pm- End of event. Evereyone had to leave the upper gallery as quickly as possible. Some of the fanclubs waited at the reception while others went to get changed. I saw MKP behave in his usual arrogant and flashy type of flair on the way to RG. I could have changed out of the red t-shirt into a dark blue t-shirt, but decided to continue wearing red t-shirt (cos I may look like a phantom if I wore dark colors, and I may sweat even more).
10.15 pm- we all headed to RG. In typical Wolverine-like rage, I dashed forward rather quickly to see who was in the lit-up car... it was Nick Shen. I managed to chat with him a little before heading to RG.
10.17 pm- Rui En drove out, and she went out of her car (a new one btw) to take pics with her fans as well as assorted fans. Myself included obviously. RE stayed for rather long.
10.25 pm- Elvin drove out of RG without stopping!! We later found out that he failed to notice any of us given the very dark skies, and hence thought all the elves had already gone home.
10.28 pm- Saw 2 very familiar looking faces being surrounded by fans at RG. I went forth and found out that it was none other than Jesseca and Jade!! Double Happiness I must say, muahaha. I asked Jess if her pet cats were doing ok, and blushed a little after taking pic with Jade. And Baoguang was still using that very outdated film roll camera. Oh pleasssse, film roll cameras are soooo passe lor. Better save money to buy a digital camera for goodness sake, Baoguang.

10.32 pm- Joanne came out. I managed to get her signature on an 8 days issue featuring her in F1 jacket and dress. That abomination came forth saying, "Hi Joanne!! Long time no see you already" and I was going, "Whatever, you dickhead". Whilst on my way to Nat's side, I waved goobdye to Pat Mok whom I had not chatted with for ages.
10.35 pm- Took group pic with Nat, then individual pic with him. Nat's car was parked right in front of his 'sister' 's car (Rui En lah, who else).
10.40 pm- Huang Shinan and Pan Lingling came out, I didn't take pic with them, but I did get Lingling's autograph on an i-weekly issue. Me and Ryan agreed to leave RG after seeing Felicia.
10.45 pm- Nat left, followed by Rui En soon after. Various artistes came out... Paige Chua, Dennis Chew and Jeanette Aw. If I had been a little braver, I could've gone forth to see Jeanette, but I didn't cos she's the only princess I'm not too familiar with (and you know I don't have 'international tendencies' even though Im a member of abt 5 to 6 different fanclubs). I still found her a bit fierce somewhat in spite of her petite size. Hui Si very cute, she asked me if the girl near the shelter was really Jeanette, and when I said it really is her, she thanked me and quickly rushed forward to take pic with her. After that, I went on to pinch Hui Si's cheeks! As well as Jerena's later on... :-p
10.55 pm- Feeling rather bored, I decided to play a bit of WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007... starting a one-on-one brawl between Mr Kiam Pa and the Animal Batista!! Muahaha... :-D
11.10 pm- Felicia finally came. The response was just about as big as that for RBKD earlier on. It was at that time that I got to chat a bit with Ice and Darren. Dawn's van drove out at that time, and very few people noticed. Could have been good if I got to take pic with all 4 Beach Ball Babes... but then again, taking pic with 3 out of 4 BBBs in one night isn't so bad, I feel.
11.25 pm- I purposely let myself be among the last to take pic with the ever sweet and beautiful Fel. Dunno why I look a little shorter than her... could be either she's wearing high heels, or my legs had 'become jelly'. She was quite surprised to see me with a cam phone and not a digicam, and I had to explain to her that my digicam got spoilt earlier on. But I actually see it more of a blessing cos the flash function for the digicam had gone AWOL yet again.
11.27 pm- Ryan and I then went on to take pic with Belinda Lee, the very last artiste for the night. She confirmed with the few fans that everyone else had left the place. If not for the stupid light behind, this could have been a perfect picture. But doesnt matter really...
11.30 pm- We all bade farewell to Fel, and as the fans were leaving, I flipped double fingers at MKP and yelled out, "MKP, YOU SUCK!!!" He so does not deserve to be called by his full name. I was glad I held back my punches and refrained from getting into direct conflict with him, otherwise the situation could turn out a lot worse. Next time round maybe, when my bottle is more full. Ryan and I shared cab with Kaileng and Pamela, dropping off at respective destinations... chatting abt random stuff from fanclubs to abominations and the like.
12.20 am- Reached home safely, but only after buying a burger and a drink from 7-Eleven to fill my growling stomach. And I lost some sleep due to the sorethroat I got during the show...

Some thoughts before heading off to Anniversary Gala
Happy Birthday to Qing Hui
I can't wait to go for Anniversary Gala later on... but then something really frustrating/pek chek happened at the very last minute!! :-(((
My digicam has gone haywire for the second time this year... after I had uploaded some pics and videos into the computer earlier today, I put in the memory card back into the camera and turned it on. Lo and behold, the screen read, "Card Locked". I found this really strange cos the SD card wasn't even locked. I put in other SD cards into the digicam, and the same result showed. Worst part was, I couldn't even take any new pictures!! Which means the camera really got problem... I guess I have to send my digicam for repairs yet again... and resort to using my camera phone to take pictures with artistes. Should the digicam go bonkers again in 3 mths from now, I think it's about time to buy a new one. :-/
While I was at the Bookfest yesterday waiting for the JJ Lin photo-taking session to finish, I saw a variety of toy robots (mostly bootleg) at a section located near the Ribena stall. One of the robots in the main display caught my full attention... it sure looks darn familiar!!
If you were a Power Ranger fan (I happen to be one, and still am) and had watched most episodes for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers season 2, you will notice that the Grey Tigerzord is actually a bootleg version of the White Tigerzord in the series!! Yes, the very same Thunderzord owned by Tommy Oliver during his outing as the White Ranger.
See the similarities? It's much better to stick to white tigers than grey ones... white tigers look much more attractive. Could be due to the recent white tiger saga at the Mandai Zoo that Popular Bookfest decided to sell bootleg versions of this magnicent Zord...
Another thing is... I found out recently that the despicable MKP went for JJ Lin's concert at Ngee Ann City yesterday afternoon, and I was already at Suntec at that time. Heng I never bumped into him... who knows what I may do to him? Plus I feel he looks damn retarded in red shirt and pants. Perhaps the worst part of all is that he dare to say he looks like JJ Lin??? POOI EH!! Then I'll say that I look like John Cena, how about that??
As you can see in the pictures, THERE IS 0% RESEMBLANCE BETWEEN SEAN KOH AND JJ LIN!!! JJ Lin may not be very handsome IMO, but I do feel that he's more talented, more popular, much smarter and much, much better-looking than this fugly idiot on the right side of the above pic. I personally feel that MKP looks more like that disgusting, twisted, demented LOTR (Lord Of The Rings) villain known as GOLLUM... in terms of character and appearance!! Looks like I'm gonna force the MKP character to face off against Batista in a Last Man Standing match in the WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2007 game in my PSP later on... then book him in a 30-minute Iron Man match against the Great Khali, muahaha!! :-D
I gotta go now, can't wait to watch Anniversary Gala ;-)

Saturday madness part 3... Rui En at Bookfest
Rui En's programme was supposed to start at 5.30 pm started a bit late at 5.40 pm due to the JJ Lin photo-taking session which overran for a few minutes because of overwhelming response. Because of that, the segment that came before Rui En's autograph session had to be pushed back to 6.30 pm in order make it fair for the fans queuing for the autograph session. The event started at 5.40 pm and ended at 6.30 pm. Rui En sang "Slow Dance" and "Froggie", songs taken from her second album. The response was at a high, with abt 200 to 300 people queued up to get their copies of her 2nd album autographed by her personally. Oh, and Rui En passed a huge bunch of red ribbons to the RBKD fanclub committee to pass around to as many people as possible, as part of World Aids Day campaign. Here are some pictures I took during the event... enjoy! ;-)
Throughout most of the event, I couldn't stop teasing Miss R, for I still felt she was really cute (serious). Anyway, after leaving the Bookfest halls, I went to have dinner at McDonald's (basement level of Suntec) with Melvin and Paul, who also queued up for the autograph session.
