This is the list of COBRA team members featured in the live-action film. People should be familiar with most of the cast members... Lee Byubg Hun is a popular Korean actor known for his roles in "Joint Security Area" and "A Bittersweet Life", Sienna Miller is perhaps better known as being an ex-girlfriend of British actor Jude Law, rather than for her lead role in "Factory Girl". As for Joseph Gordon-Levitt... he played Tommy Solomon of the hit sitcom "Third Rock From The Sun"!!!
Destro (Christopher Eccleston)
James McCullen aka Destro XXIV is a weapons designer and founder of the Military Armament Research Syndicate (MARS) as well as the main villain for the early part of the film. A megalomaniac industrialist, he has grown his family business into one of the most successful enterprises in the world.
The Baroness (Sienna Miller)
Anastasia “Ana” DeCobray underwent a personality change after a devastating personal loss 4 years earlier. She has since become a Baroness by marrying Baron Daniel DeCobray, a French particle accelerator physicist, and joined James “Destro” McCullen in his plot to upset the global balance of power.
The Professor/Cobra Commander (Joseph Gordon-Levitt)
Little is known about the twisted genius once known as Rex Lewis, credited with creating the nano-mite technology used in MARS Industries’ most advanced weapons development. Scarred beyond recognition from a previous accident, he relies on a specially designed BioAir Dermal Rebreather (BADR) mask and portable life-support system to stay alive as he launches a diabolical plan to satisfy his thirst for power and revenge.
Storm Shadow (Lee Byung Hun)
Storm Shadow, real name Thomas S Arashikage, is a ninja mercenary who works for COBRA. Skilled in several martial arts forms, this cold-blooded hunter was trained by the mystical Arashikage ninja clan and is the sworn enemy of Snake Eyes, the GI Joe team’s ninja commando.
Zartan (Arnold Vosloo)
Zartan, who has been injected with nanomites, is a master of disguise and expert mimic who can impersonate anyone; he’s also a COBRA mercenary and covert agent. He impersonates a G.I. JOE agent to infiltrate the Pit and retrieve the nanomite weapon prototypes, but it’s his next impersonation that will be the culmination of his devious career.
Agent Helix
Agent Helix is a covert operations officer with advanced martial arts training and expert marksmanship. An Olympic-class gymnast, her distinctive "whirlwind attack" is an overpowering combination of kicks and firepower. Her preferred weapon? Dual 10mm autopistols.
Neo Viper
Neo-Vipers are cold-blooded commandos whose bodies and minds have been altered to change them into warriors incapable of fear or pain. Their enhanced physical abilities make them inhumanly strong, fast and deadly, and their advanced composite body armor resists most ammunition.
COBRA Viper Commando
COBRA Viper Commandos are dangerous troopers working for COBRA. They attack the convoy transporting nanomite weapon prototypes through a remote desert. Supported by advanced vehicles and weapons, they ruthlessly batter the convoy and the special forces protecting it.
