Wah kau everyday haf to work like mad xiah... even on Christmas Day. I can't believe that I had been scheduled at the last minute to work NINE HOURS on Christmas itself (fortunately, the customer traffic wasn't as bad as I thot)... to make things a lot worse, I still haf to work for many hours today... and not to forget the dreaded Private Sales madness Part 2. Hopefully, I don't get to work so many hours on Friday... otherwise, I confirm will throw up blood.
I saw the New Year's Countdown commercial recently... I guessed correctly, Rahimah Rahim had totally pulled out from all Idol-related activities (her photo and name were not mentioned in the advertisement)... kinda 'selfish' of her to do that, but at least she did so after the competition. Whatever the case is, Imah will still be part of the Idol family in our hearts, regardless of the choices she makes.
The Christmas gathering on Saturday was almost the same as the past 2 years... only difference this time is, I got to show around my Singapore Idol albums... and young Marc Goh's voice is already starting to crack gradually. And yep, Miss R didnt show up at all, just as I had anticipated. Sigh, the price of fame...
The new Westlife album is out in stores now, and I can hardly wait to buy it... it's a definite must-buy for those who like Westlife and classic love songs... one of them being Air Supply's "All Out Of Love".
