Happy Birthday to Jason Chan, Christian Cage, Carrie Yeo, Irvin Liang and Pamela Han
The long-awaited sequel to 1998's "Storm Riders" is finally here!! HK megastars Aaron Kwok and Ekin Cheng reprise their roles as Cloud and Wind in the sequel and they were greeted by hordes of screaming fans... also making their appearances at Vivo were the directors of the action-packed film, the Pang Brothers. All 4 of them reached Vivo at 8.30 pm, following an appearance at Plaza Singapura earlier on. Aaron and Ekin thrusted their swords into the stand to mark the official launch of the world premiere in Singapore. Then the 4 of them went straight inside, they spent less than 10 minutes on stage. Hosts for the event were DJs Cruz Teng and Siau Jiahui.
This was my second time seeing Aaron and Ekin in person. Last time I saw AK was at Iluma before my birthday... last time I saw EC was last yr March at VivoCity alongside Shawn Yue and "who-cares-about-Miss-Xie", at the gala preimiere of "Rule #1". After staying around VivoCity for a while (eventually seeing a queue of people handing over all electronic devices at some counter), I headed back home.
