Mas Selamat found at last!! HALLELUIA!!

Happy Birthday to...
7th May- Jeremiah
8th May- Bernard Liao and Yihan

Just when the news of the economic recession, the AWARE conflict and rise of the swine flu (H1N1) virus are making headlines and affecting us in a negative way somehow, here's a piece of news that will certainly brighten us up and lighten our moods!
FINALLY, the limping fugitive whose disappearance last year inspired a new version of a PacMan game on talkingcock.com as well as inspired a few fan followings had been found and arrested, after more than a year of disappearance... and believe it or not, it took place in Johor Bahru (actual date of arrest on 1st April)!! And yeah, he seems to have lost a lot of weight (and with a thick beard no less). Everybody, let's come and celebrate give praises to our respective Lords!! :-D
No more toilet breaks for this cunning yet cowardly jackass from now onwards... matter of fact, he should resort to wearing lots of diapers (any brand will do)!! And use those missing person flyers as toilet paper too!! :-p
But still we must bear in mind MM Lee Kuan Yew's advice that "we must not be too complacent", and that we must stay vigilant at all times should a similar thing happen. I do hope those jabronish security guards (esp the female one) whose foolishness indirectly led to Mas Selamat's escape have learnt their lesson and try not to make similar mistakes ever again. Such unrepentant souls like MS should not even be granted another chance, they must stand on trial and given life imprisonment.
(Hmm, he kinda looks like Eric Bana in this pic, don't you think so? Dunno why the other 2 guys behind him look so glum... maybe cos they lost the bet that MS wouldn't be found by end of this year?)

Mas Selamat Kastari, Singapore’s Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) leader who escaped from Whitley Road Detention Centre on February 27 last year, has been arrested.
The terrorist, who once plotted to hijack a plane and crash it into Changi Airport, was arrested in Malaysia in a joint intelligence operation involving the internal security agencies of the two countries.
It is understood that Mas Selamat was actually arrested over a month ago but had been under interrogation in Malaysia. It is believed that the fugitive will soon be brought back to Singapore.
Last December, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had said: "He is one up on us, but the game is not over. One day we will catch him."
Most security experts had expected the fugitive to head for Indonesia, where other JI members are believed to be based. So, it came as a surprise to some that he was arrested in Malaysia.
