X-Men Mania Part 2

This is the list of evil mutants who have appeared in the X-Men film Trilogy...

Erik Magnus Lehnsherr aka Magneto
A powerful mutant with the ability to generate and control electromagnetic forces, Magneto has been the X-Men's most prominent enemy ever since his first appearance, being the founder and leader of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. In his early appearances, his motives were bent on megalomania, but writers have since fleshed out his character and origin, revealing him to be a Jewish Holocaust survivor whose actions are driven by the purpose of protecting the mutant race from suffering a similar fate. Magneto has the ability to manipulate the electromagnetic force to achieve a wide range of effects. Such effects include the creation of force-fields which selectively block out matter and energy. As a result, Magneto is invulnerable to most harm when his personal field is active and can survive in deep space. He can produce and manipulate all forms of electromagnetic radiation and has displayed control over electricity as well. He can also channel his magnetic powers through his own body so as to temporarily increase his strength, stamina, and agility to superhuman levels.

Raven Darkholme aka Mystique
Mystique is a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, a shapeshifter whose natural appearance includes her blue skin, dark red hair and yellow eyes. She posesses the ability to psionically shift the formation of her biological cells at will to change her appearance and thereby assume the form of other humans. She can also alter her voice to duplicate exactly that of another person. Originally, it was clearly stated that Mystique's powers were limited to appearances only; she could not assume the powers of the people she morphed into or alter her body to adapt to different situations. Yet in spite of this setback, Mystique can transform part of her body into a separated, clear and hard substance that appears to be glass, as she does when she appears to be wearing glasses. As a side effect of this power, her natural aging process has been suppressed (if not completely halted), as she has retained her youthful appearance despite being alive for over one hundred years.

Victor Creed aka Sabretooth
Sabretooth is a mutant who possesses bestial superhuman physical abilities, most notably a rapid healing factor, razor-sharp fangs and claws, and superhuman senses. Other than being immune to most toxins and poisons, Sabretooth can also regenerate organs such as missing eyes and large portions of flesh. The unique regenerative qualities of his healing powers and "age suppression factor", Sabretooth's natural aging process, cause him to age at an unusually slow rate. He is a vicious assassin responsible for numerous deaths both as a paid mercenary and for his personal pleasure. One well-known fact is that that he and Wolverine were long-time adversaries, as well as victims of the Cold War supersoldier program Weapon X. The two have been adversaries ever since; while Wolverine is depicted as suppressing his more savage qualities, Sabretooth does the opposite and embraces them.

Todd aka Toad
Toad was originally a weak, hunchbacked mutant, with a superhuman leaping ability and protracted tongue. His primary mutant ability is a superhuman leaping ability that allows him to leap many times higher and farther than an ordinary human. In his first appearances, Toad had very little knowledge of hand to hand combat, fighting mainly by kicking wildly and by leaping about and attempting to land on his opponents. Recently, he has demonstrated a better sense of combat and a leaner physique, using both his leaping ability and his elongated prehensile tongue to his advantage. His cockiness, superhuman agility and wall-scaling abilities made him a match for several X-Men. He was Magneto’s sniveling servant in the 1960s line-up of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, but he eventually led his own version of the Brotherhood, which was more involved in petty crime than mutant liberation.

John Allerdyce aka Pyro
Pyro is a mutant who possesses the power to psionically control fire and flame (aka pyrokinesis), increasing or decreasing its heat, intensity, and size. He cannot actually create fire however, and has to keep a Zippo lighter at all times to provide him fire.Though he cannot be burned by a flame which he is manipulating, Pyro can be harmed by any fire that is not under his direct control. He used to be a student of Xavier's Institute, but he is ultimately tempted away from Xavier's influence by Magneto, who observes the young man's ambition and the strength of his powers. Pyro follows and joins Magneto and the shapeshifting mutant Mystique as they escape from Alkali Lake. By the third film, Pyro wears a flame-generating device on his right wrist, allowing him to produce fire for combat by pushing a button on his palm with his fingers.

Yuriko Oyama aka Lady Deathstrike
Yuriko is a villainous mutant whose father Lord Dark Wind created the adamantium-bonding process that was forced on Wolverine. A self-styled warrior, Lady Deathstrike hired the villain Spiral’s "body shoppe" to bond adamantium to her own skeleton in addition to other cyber-genetic enhancements. She has since worked as a mercenary and assassin and feels a need to prove herself by killing Wolverine. She is able to grow 12-inch long adamantium claws from each finger (including her thumbs), capable of slicing through virtually any substance. Like Wolverine, Deathstrike also posesses a cybernetic healing factor enables her to quickly repair damage done to her biological and cybernetic components. In the second X-Men film, Deathstrike is depicted as a brainwashed assassin who works as William Stryker's assistant and engages in combat against Wolverine in the very lab where Wolverine underwent the adamantium fusion process.

Cain Marko aka Juggernaut
In the comics, Cain Marko was actually the stepbrother of Professor X who became a force of destruction after getting hold of a mystical Crimson Gem that seemingly accelerated his then-dormant mutation. In the film, Juggernaut is a mutant who possesses superhuman strength that approaches that of Hercules. The Juggernaut completely inexhaustible stamina, tremendous durability and the ability to survive without food, water or oxygen. Juggernaut has likewise proven resistant to Wolverine's adamantium claws and Storm's lightning blasts. The Juggernaut has the mystical attribute of being physically unstoppable: Once in motion, virtually no obstacle or force is able to impede his movement.

Callisto
In the third film, Callisto possesses superhuman speed and quick reflexes, as well as the ability to psionically sense other mutants out to several miles away and track their movements, a power that, in the comics, belongs to her team-mate Caliban. She was the leader of the Omegas who later joins Magneto's Brotherhood of Mutants. In place of an eye-patch and scars, the movie version of Callisto is beautiful and heavily tattooed, and she seems to harbor a dislike towards Storm.

Phillipa Sontag aka Arclight
Arclight is a mutant with the ability to create shockwaves or geo tremors through physical contact, usually combined with her super strength in form of punches, blows or thunder claps. She also has superhuman strength, stamina, resiliency and durability. She is one of 4 senior members of the Omegas, and joined forces with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants in the battle on Alcatraz.

Max Jordan aka Quill
Quill is a mutant who could shoot razorsharp porcupine quills from his body at will. His body will grow back any quills it loses. According to the comics, Max Jordan is actually one of 4 mutants who have used the codename of Quill and possess similar attributes (each with a slight difference from the other). He is one of 4 senior members of the Omegas who join forces with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Betsy Braddock aka Psylocke
In the comics, Psylocke is depicted as a member of the X-Men with vast telekinetic powers as well as an ability to grow psi-blades from her fists. Aside from the blades, Psylocke can use her telekinesis to enhance her speed, strength, and fighting skills to superhuman levels, as well as manipulate matter in standard telekinetic fashion. In the third X-Men film, Psylocke is depicted as a member of the Omegas who later joins the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants to battle against the X-Men. Although she doesn't possess psi-blades, she does show an ability to teleport through shadows.

James Arthur Madrox aka Multiple Man
James Madrox is a mutant with the ability to create instant duplicates or "dupes" of himself, by doing a simple action such as snapping his fingers or snapping his foot. Each of the duplicates (dupes) is completely capable of independent thought and can create duplicates of himself. He is usually telepathically and empathically linked to his duplicates. The original Madrox can "absorb" a duplicate, or dupe, back into himself at will, at the same time absorbing the memories, knowledge, skills and experiences of the dupe. In the third X-Men film, he is an ex-bank robber imprisoned alongside Mystique and Juggernaut for having robbed seven banks simultaneously; he joins the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants upon being freed by Magneto.
