Hello Campaign and Sheng Siong recording

Happy Birthday to Jason Tan and Ru Wong

Yesterday was part 2 of the Hello campaign event which was part of the Kindness Movement. More than 500 youths (myslef included of course) were going around Orchard area saying hello to strangers of all walks of life. Event started at 12 plus, we were stationed at various parts of Orchard, we had break at 2 plus, and we gathered at the starting region at 3.30 pm. Fallout at 3.50 pm while the weather was at its worst (yes, heavy downpour again).

After we were dismissed, me and Terence went strolling around Plaza Singapura while it was raining rather heavily outside, and then we took a train to Toa Payoh (once the rain had subsided that is). There at TPY, we had dinner and met up with Edmund... we took bus to Mediacorp to watch the first episode for the latest season of the Sheng Siong Show (live) hosted by Dasmond Koh and Kym Ng. Yi Qing aka "Shao Han lao shi" was the wubbie for this event, and we later learnt he would be the wubbie for the Campus Superstar 3 finals as well. The game of sumo wrestlers pushing makeshift tyres was kinda funny, there was a singing competition for xiaomeimeis aged 4 to 8, there was a basketball challenger between 3 guys, and there was the tele-contest involving customers of any Sheng Siong outlet (the final amount they win will be based on the result from the square they choose from the board, multiplied with the amount on the receipt).

The show ended at around 9 pm, and the 3 of us had a brief chat with Yi Qing who came out thru reception rather quickly. Then this gut feeling within me instructed me to head to Radiogate... true enough, I saw a few Felicians gathered around Felicia's car. BUT my motive was never to look for Felicia... but rather for the cutie pie known as Hui Si!! I couldnt stop pinching her and patting her head... though I felt kinda bad for giving her a fright. But seriously speaking, she is still a silly gal at heart... :-p
