Less than pleasant views on American Idol season 6

Just when you thought that Joakim Gomez's singing in season 2 of Singapore Idol was terrible, there comes another Idol hopeful whose singing is A LOT worse... and that person is 17-year-old Sanjaya Malakar. Long hair, cute smile, scrawny figure, with a very girlish voice that sounds like Wacko Jacko's... I mean come on, how on earth did he manage to get this far in American Idol season 6??? Altho I haf watched only a handful of episodes for this season (Im still pissed by the fact that Chris Daughtry was denied his chance to win AI 5 when he was third last to be eliminated), I can tell that Sanjaya's weak vocals is already starting to irritate people and make them wanna kill him for destroying their eardrums and killing their appetites. And more unbelievable is the fact that this Indian-Italian teenager can survive 3 weeks of Spectaculars based on trillions of votes in a country populated by over 300 million people??? That is like many times more than the votes cast on Joakim and the other finalists of Singapore Idol... what is this world coming to??? I sense another rich expat trick here again... oh wait, there really is one!! In the form of the VTFW (Vote For The Worst) website... I seriously hope that site gets closed down and the onwer of that site locked up for his sheer manipulation...
Whatever the case is, I just pray and hope that Melinda Doolittle survives all the way and goes to the Finals, not some weak-vocalled teen who can give the Malaysian Idol season 2 winner (another fool who has good looks but no singing talent) a run of his money... and I don't know if any of you are aware of this, but the reason why I'm not following the whole of AI 6 is due to Taylor Hicks winning the crown. No offence to Hicks' fans, but while I appreciate his singing talent, he looks much older than his age, and with his big-body build, he is in danger of fading from the spotlight much like Reuben Studdard (a Mark Henry lookalike who's had to deal with health problems and disputes with record companies). Well at least runner-up Katharine McPhee is currently making headlines with her unforgettable appearance at Tyra Banks' talk show...
