On Deepavali, it was work from 10 am til 5 pm... after knocking off, I went to Popular bookstore to look around for new stuff. I decided to buy the Star Wars annual which contained info on the events and characters for the Star Wars movies. Thank goodness I had bought it, cos the very day, ALL the Star Wars books had disappeared from the bookstore!! The WWE Superstar annual isn't so worth reading, niether is the WWE Divas annual... oh, and i also bought the new Westlife album "Back Home". More info on the CD in a later post... :-)
On Friday, the class attendance was at its worst, wif only 6 people for DVP lesson, and ONLY TWO (me and Jade) for GDMD lesson?!? Turns out the other 4 had ponteng lesson in order to declare it a 'public holiday' as well!! With so few people present, Miss Lya had no choice but to end class ealry at 1340 hrs. So I took a long bus journey all the way to Orchard... looked around at Paragon, then headed to Orchard MRT station to meet a forum member, so I could lend her some DVDs related to some drama. She looks quite cute lah, bore a bit of resemblance to another RE fan named Avril. After she left, I reported to work early and spent most of the time yelling at the new guy (some blur cockster who won't get rid of his stubble in spite of constant reminders by the managers!!) for making so many mistakes (doesnt help that his BO is close to suffocating me). At 2145 hrs though, I was greatly surprised when a mei nu whom I hadn't seen for nearly a year came over to buy a Vanilla Shake... EMILEE KANG?!?! My eyes just popped out and my mouth was left hanging open!! :-O And yes, I started blushing!!
I had to wake up early yesterday morning in order to meet up wif Adria at Heartland Mall... we then took a bus to Hougang Avenue 7, and proceeded to the Unit 11 marketplace, where Nat, Lingling, Cuifang and Henry were selling fish. Pornsak's team did some wushu thingy near the market, while Nat and Lingling tirelessly sold different breeds of fish. Halfway thru filming, the Nat fanclub went for breakfast at another region of the market, eating some mee pok and some pancake-like stuff (?). Then we headed back to the fish stalls, where we met Ryan and Joyce... I'm not too sure of the results, but I think Nat and Lingling won (then again, I may need to watch the show this Tuesday). I got to take pic wif Nat, as well as the tall, slender and friendly Cuifang (she may not be as gorgeous as gals like Felicia or Jesseca, but at least she still looks pleasant).
At around 1030 hrs, as filming drew to a close, Karen's husband drove some of us fans out to the main road via van, dropping me off at Heartland Mall where i could join my mum for lunch. No comments about that certain someone, though I must admit that I was horrified to learn that he had just joined Miss Chin's fanclub in order to be able to be part of the gathering that is to come in a few days. If I were the chairperson of that fanclub, I would not hesitate to kick him out of the group. But alas there is nothing I can do abt it... other than wait for the day to come and see how things turn out... :-/
