Thoughts on WWE Extreme Rules and the aftermath

First and foremost, I wanna say that I am delirious over the results for WWE Extreme Rules!! The outcome I am most satisfied about is Tommy Dreamer winning the ECW Title once more, nearly a decade after his short-lived first reign in the originalECW promotion (which lasted no more than 30 minutes). I am also happy for the following outcomes...
  1. Batista defeated Randy Orton for the WWE Title in a Steel Cage match.
  2. John Cena defeated Busybody No 1 Big Show with a modified STF in a Submissions match. Payback accomplished!!
  3. Kofi Kingston retained the US Title against 3 other individuals. I am also proud of MVP for taking the loss on Raw graciously and staying in good terms with the Jamaican Superstar.
  4. Santina Marella defeating Vickie Guerrero in a Hog Pen match... soon after, Edge confronted Vickie in the office and demanded a DIVORCE!! On a side note, I really don't wish to see anymore of this Santina/Santino nonsense already; enough is enough.
  5. CM Punk defeated Busybody No 2 Umaga in a Samoan Strap match. Later on, he cashed in the Money In The Bank suitcase and defeated Jeff Hardy to become new World Champion!! That is truly unpredictable!!! :-O
I am also shocked plus sad over the remaining matches...
  1. Rey Mysterio lost the Intercontinental Title AND his dignity in a No-Holds-Barred match against Chris Jericho... YsJ exploited Rey's weakness by riping off his mask in the midst of a 619 and rolling him up for the win, winning the IC title for a record ninth time. Things will never be the same again for the high-flyer come this coming Friday night...
  2. Jeff Hardy beat Edge for the World Title in a Ladder Match towards the end of the PPV, but it was not he who made it out of the arena with the title. CM Punk came out soon after, cashed in the MITB briefcase, and beat the Charismatic Engimatic to win the World Title for a second time... making Jeff's World Title reign the shortest in the World Title's history at only 3 minutes!!!
Next night on Raw... Batista had little time to celebrate his WWE Title win cos The Legacy ambushed him at backstage and beat him so badly, he had to be admitted to hospital. Towards the end of the night, Orton challenged the already injured Animal to a rematch... the ambulance which carried Batista made its return, and out of it came... THE RETURNING TRIPLE H!!! All hell broke loose as the vengeful former champion rushed in and gave the Viper a beating of a lifetime!!

Also... this should be good news for all those people out there who can't stand the sight of "Miss Piggy" Vickie Guerrero... not only did she lose the Miss WrestleMania tiara and sash. she also lost her husband Edge (who demanded a divorce!!) as well as the ability to continue her role as Raw GM... SHE QUIT FROM THE COMPANY FOR REAL!!!

Latest news... about 24 hours after losing to CM Punk, Eddie Fatu aka Umaga has been released from the WWE. This is quite a surprise, moreover it came a few days after the even more shocking release of another promising WWE superstar, Ken Anderson aka Mr Kennedy.
