Very slack week indeed

Happy to Gavin, Calvin Lim, Farizan and Rihanna
Rest in peace, Dorothy Funk (mother of soon-to-be Hall of Fame inductees Dory Funk Jr and Terry Funk)

Paiseh ah, I hadn't been blogging for some time already. But that's mostly because I had been job-seeking, with little success. And thus I can't seem to think of anything particularly interesting to type about. Indeed it is difficult to grt a job these days, thanks not to the economic downturn. The only piece of shocking news I would like to share for now is this... DONALD TRUMP DECLARED A BANKRUPT.

Donald Trump has been caught in the 2008 financial crisis as sales for his Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago have been lagging and he failed to pay a $40m loan to Deutsche Bank in December. Arguing that the crisis is an Act of God, he evoked a clause in the contract to not pay the loan and initiated a countersuit asserting his image has been damaged. Deutsche Bank has in turn noted in court that 'Trump is no stranger to overdue debt' and that he has twice previously filed for bankruptcy with respect to his casino operationsOn 17 February 2009 Trump Entertainment Resorts filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, Mr Trump having stated the Friday previous that he would resign from the board.

The other piece of news is on Malaysian MP Elizabeth Wong being involved in a nude scandal, but in due respect to her being and reputation, I shan't say any more.

Not much had been done between Tuesday to today... well ok, maybe I did a bit of walk-in interviews and send in countless application letters via email, but that's about it really. Get back home to watch Dream Catchers, watch WWE programmes... yeah, pretty much it. Tomorrow I'll be going to a Career Fair at Bedok Central to try my luck at certain jobs of my preference.

Oh yes, if I go to that food center next to Superbowl and I see that Chinese babe wearing super short pants again (which I did earlier today), I better call someone to gouge my eyes out. Temeptation is getting very hard to resist, esp when the girl serving you dinner of rice, bean curd and fried chicken turned out to be one with a very fine pair of legs. How I wish I have the ability to turn into VENOM... (evil smirk)
