Happy Birthday to Thomas Ong and Andrew
Yesterday I left the house at 9 plus and took train to Suntec... when I reached there, I was quite surprised yet relieved to see a rather small queue at the Tropics Atrium. I joined the Naturals and soon after came Valerie. Long story cut short, the queue increased by 2 plus, and the artistes reached the place at abt 1450 hrs, drawing loud cheers from people from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels. Quite surprising part was, the 3rd level was only half filled with people.
The cast who showed up for the event were Jeanette Aw (Juxiang/Yueniang), Dai Yang Tian (Shanben Yangjian), Xiang Yun (Tianlan, Old Yueniang), Ng Hui (Ah Tao), Darren Lim (Huang Jincheng), Eelyn (Zhenzhu), Andie Chen (Tianbao) and Nat (Jonathan Lee). The emcee for the event was Cuifang.
Olivia Ong also showed up, she sang "如燕" in spite of a sore throat. She looked quite skinny, but still beautiful of course. Take care of yourself, babe!
Then came the hand-shaking part... chaos ensued soon after. Immediately after getting off the stage, I took cab with Pamela, Valerie and Irene to Radiogate. We reached the place at abt 1625 hrs, to see a few Jeanius fans already there before us... not to forget a few more fans elsewhere (a hairy goblin and a sweaty ogre, urghhh). Later I found out from someone who was still at Suntec that the cast had left the place at 1640 hrs!! :-O

Ok, so the big yellow bus containing the cast and crew returned at abt 1705 hrs. Jeanette was the first to head out of RG, but for a short while only. She took group photo with her fanclub, then signed on various items (my magazine included, yippee!!). Afterwards she was escorted back into RG by 2 female production assistants.
Xiang Yun drove out at abt 1715 hrs, signing on various articles then heade back home where her kids were waiting. Ng Hui drove out a few minutes later, but never even stopped!! :-(
Close to 1730 hrs, Darren and Eelyn drove out... this time it was easier to catch them. Knowing that there wasn't enough time for me to take pic with Eelyn, I opted to take pic with Darren instead. Oh, and I succeeded in passing to Eelyn the belated Christmas gift, hurray!! :-D
Right after that, Nat drove out, in his car were Andie and 2 female crewmembers (the same ones who were with Jeanette earlier on). Hehe, double happiness!! :-)
1740 hrs- a familiar face was seen walking up the stairs... it's Rong Ming!! Havent seen him for long time already :-)
1825 hrs- a cute little squirrel suddenly popped out from nowhere and ran into Radiogate... even the security guards were astonished by its presence... they couldn't do anything to stop it from 'illegal entry' :-p
1845 hrs- got a few leggy babes and solid hunks report back to MDC, no idea who they are. Zoe Tay arrived soon after!!
1850 hrs- Cynthia Koh drove out and stopped at one side. Ok, maybe I should take back my views on her being rather snob... she's better than Mr AT and Miss FW right??? They drove off without even stopping... but can roughly understand their reasons for doing so :-(
1905 hrs- Adam Chen drove inside to collect something, then stopped near the shelter to sig autographs as well as take pic with fans. I realised it's the first time i took pic with him in the day (ok, it was sunset, but the sky hadn't turned dark yet).
Soon after Adam drove off, I decided to leave the place along with Valerie and Irene... then a sleek-mhaped car drove past us rather quickly... I saw the driver within a split second, and realised that it was RUI EN!!! DOH DOH DOHHHHHH!!! :-O (then again, there's always a next time)
Nevertheless, the 3 of us had dinner at AMK Hub, went shopping for a while then took separate buses to respective homes. After uploading the pictures in the computer, I went to bed at abt 11.45 pm. Crazy but worthwhile day indeed!! :-)
