The poster looks wicked cool, featuring a sinister-looking Chris Jericho about to press the button leading to presumably a bomb. This ain't Deal Or No Deal by the way. Quite similar in concept to Randy Orton gracing the poster for No Mercy 2007, with a dove in his hands and an evil smirk on his face.

John Cena vs Chris Jericho (World Heavyweight Championship)
The Chaingang Soldier will win this one, no doubt about that!! Who cares if Jericho graces the poster... then again, I'm just as shocked as everyone else to know that Y2J won the Slammy Award for Superstar of the Year.
Edge vs Triple H vs Jeff Hardy (Triple Theat match for WWE Championship)
Given Edge's increasingly unpredictable persona for the past 3 to 4 years, I wouldn't be surprised if he retains the title at this event (but I want him to lose it by Royal Rumble!!). Triple H has already been at the top of the mountain more times than anyone, so I won't be surprised if he doesn't win this one either. Jeff Hardy has gotta lose that red-colored hair and facepaint, he's starting to look more like a zombie than a future world champion.
Batista vs Randy Orton
For the first time ever since breaking up from Evolution, these 2 former Evolution comrades will go one-on-one. The Animal vs the Legend Killer.
CM Punk vs Rey Mysterio
This is the finals for No 1 contender spot tournament; winner will go on to face Intercontinental Champion William Regal in a future match. Coincidentally, both Punk and Rey had worked in the same team together in IWA: Mid South in 2005, prior to Punk's debut in the WWE.
Matt Hardy vs Vladimir Kozlov
The Russian powerhouse is freakin pissed and furious with the ECW Champ for ruining his chance to face Edge for the WWE title at Armageddon in "Beat The Clock", and is out for revenge.
Finlay vs Mark Henry in a Belfast Brawl!!
This rivalry surfaced from the Irishman 'messing' with the World's Strongest Man, and in turn Mark Henry and Tony Atlas have started to stalk the Irishman's son Hornswoggle.
Eight-Divas' Santa's Little Helper match (standard 8-person brawl)
