Carlsberg events at Emerald and Clarke Quay

Happy Birthday to Dilys Ang and Cheryn How

Yesterday's Carlsberg events were a blast. Me and a few friends had a bit of trouble finding the first location, but all went smoothly after that. Here's what happened...

1800 to1830 hrs- Knocked off from work, took bus to Orchard Cineleisure region
1830 to1950 hrs- looked around HMV Heeren, waiting for Source to arrive
2000 to 2030 hrs- Dinner at Burger King, Orchard Emerald
2030 to 2050 hrs- Me and Source had a bit of difficulty finding No 5, but eventually we saw the Carlsberg sphere in the midst of some pubs along the rather narrow path. We got to see a few familiar faces there, as well as 2 cats and a rather huge dog.
2100 to 2200 hrs- Comedian and Fly Entertainment founder Irene Ang (aka Rosie) came forth as the emcee. Fiona and Michelle Chia arrived to start off the event at the first location. A lot of people go forward to write their wishes on the sphere as well as take picture with the 3 ladies. One guy got to celebrate 2nd stag-night, for the next day was his wedding day. I managed to get Fiona's and Mich's autographs.
2200 to 2250 hrs- The few of us headed to Clarke Quay by treain, and went to the 5th level of Central, into the Helipad... only to realize that Fiona's and Mich's appearance was a very brief one (so it was sort of a wasted trip). As the Carlsberg team zoomed off by van, the few of us headed to the Clarke Quay region across the bridge for the final destination (by foot, not teleportation).
2250 to 2330 hrs- Fiona and Mich did abt the same thing at Clarke Quay Block C as they did at Emerald Hill Road, only this time there were more foreigners. Me and Source decided to leave early so as to avoid missing the last train to Punggol direction... I reached home at 12 plus, and slept at abt 1 am.

Here are some of the pics I took at the events... more pics can be found in the 7-Princess blog. ;-)
